“Sorry to say after everybody rating it so highly, I didnt feel it was that amazing. Not cheap. Creases easily and no design detail. Looks plain. Material very soft and comfortable.”

“Far and away the worst customer service I've had the misfortune of experiencing. Ordered a bundle on the 5th of June - had an alert that the particular pillow case was out of stock and would ship on 10th of June. No problem. Heard nothing on the 10th of June so sent a chaser - no reply for 2 days. An automated message sent after to say the bedding would be dispatched beginning of week after. Today is now the Monday after - another message came from customer service to say a few more of the items I ordered in the bundle were out of stock until the 27th of June and I should have seen those alerts when I ordered (I didn't). Non-existent service recovery, no compensation. Just full of excuses. The company also actively removes critical comments and queries on their Facebook. If they would perhaps make the same effort with customer service - it would be more worthwhile. Absolute cowboys - the sheets are decent, but nothing is worth the frustration when the customer service is such a farce. Avoid at all cost. Unless you are happy to wait weeks for your product and have the patience to deal with a company that treats its customers with such contempt.”

“I thought Bedding good quality although the colour range is very limited and lack of availability of a queen size option on the sheets impacts on the fit.on first wash however a button came off and during use the buttons often pop open.I am not happy with the quality for the price and will not purchase again from this company”

“Sheets were delivered in good time. However labels indicating short sides and long sides were missing from one of the fitted sheets - not a major deal since I wasn't expecting them anyway, but disappointing to know something has clearly gone awry in the production process. The fabric was not nearly as dense as I had hoped for in a 500 thread count, but has a silky feel. Personally I find the company's marketing material irritating - These sheets will not change my life. I don't need Lionel Richie to sing me "hello." But I do expect quality control to pick up missing labels. On balance I would not purchase from Linen Bundle again. Given there seems to be so much variation and it's impossible to know what 500 thread count actually feels like, in future I will check items out in a store before purchasing.”

“The bedlinen was good quality, however the order took a very long time to arrive - ordered 15th April and did not arrive until early June! I would not have ordered the items if I had realised the long delivery time. This was not made particularly clear when I paid at the time of ordering.”

“The linen is really comfortable and soft, but the sheet isn’t deep enough for my mattress and no option to change the depth. The buttons and closure could be nicer, the duvet hangs out of the cover.”

“I cant actually review the product as I ordered on 25 Sepetmber and still (31 October) have yet to receive anything. My item was not dispatched until 17 October and since then the chosen delivery servce, Yodel, has had my parcel but not delivered it even after multiple calls and emails and emails also to Linen Bundle. Very dissapointed.”

“Lovely feel to them., however I couldn’t have theses on my bed as the thought of ironing them would drive me mad.. I’ve used them once and put away.. I will not be using this bed linen again.. and I’ve only paid one instalment..waste for me personally..”

“I was so excited to get my order - I’ve been looking for hotel quality bedding for years, since I bought the Hotel range from House of Fraser and sadly not available any more. Your advertising and reviews promised what I’d been searching for but I have to say I was really disappointed with the quality, thickness and finish of the bedding. They were lovely and soft but in all honesty don’t appear to be any better than high street stuff. Sorry to leave a negative comment but it’s genuine and you did ask!”

“Hmm. Nice cotton but not worth it. Don't fall for the hype. I regret spending so much on bed linen. The overall design is rather basic and doesn't look particularly nice on my bed - so much so that when I changed my bedding last week I didn't even bother to put the Linenbundle stuff back on after it was washed. All you get from the company is that they think their product is well worth the money. I wouldn't buy again.”

“I wasn’t impressed with the sheets. Just basic cotton bedding that you can get anywhere. The cotton was quite thin and rough. I thought these were going to be similar to heavy supima cotton sateen bedding. They also had a chemical smell when I opened them. Delivery was quick. The return was fairly simple.”

“The bedding is lovely and looked gorgeous but once washed still feels lovely but doesn’t iron well . One of the claims was easy iron . If I had known they would show so many creases I wouldn’t of purchased them and I won’t be buying more.”

“I haven’t received the matching pillowcases for my order and have emailed Linen Bundle and have had no response. I have also tried to call many times with no response. “Bundle” is incomplete. Kind makes a joke of the product.”

“Lovely quality fabric however, the fitted sheets are not deep enough when you have a deep mattress and mattress topper. I wouldn't buy the sheets again.”
