“I placed an order with Linen bundle early January which included 2 pillows (these were the main reason for the order), my order arrived but without the pillows. I contacted the company only to be told they had none of the pillows in stock and would contact me when more came in. Forward 2 months later, order paid in full and still no pillows in stock and no idea when they are coming in. I dont understand how companies think they can take your money upfront when they have no idea (and this has been sent to me in email "I do not have a specific date at the moment") when your purchases will be available. Would not use again.”

“I purchased 2 king size duvet covers, 1 fitted sheet and 4 pillow cases and 2 luxury pillow cases for euro 224,45... Not a bad price and the quality is pretty good and yes, they are soft HOWEVER NOT SUPER LUXURIOUS and definitely NOT 500 thread count as advertised... they need to tone down those claims. Also - what is the difference between the regular pillow cases and the luxury pillow cases? They seem pretty much the same. Also I tried to submit my review on their website and it was rejected... weird”

“I invested in this purchase and was deeply disappointed when I received them as they arrived damp and smelly musty. The packaging and all the bedding was all affected and I had to wash and soak them many times before use. Very expensive set too although lovely quality this has stopped me from ever ordering a 2nd set.”

“The cotton is lovely. The bed linen is expensive and I feel that the finish of the pillow cases and duvet could be much better. The pillowcases are so basic - they look like my very cheap under pillowcases and really detract from the beautiful cotton.”

“Terrible service & linen is poor quality for the price. Bought a bundle. They sent part of the order, offered a different size of duvet cover? What use would that be to anyone? Had to wait two weeks further. Would not have placed order if this was clear on the website. Difficult to iron. Would not recommend on any level. Better 300 thread count linen available at more reasonable prices from High Street brands.”

“Beautifully packed Linen Bundle, nice and comfortable when on the bed feels very silky unlike any other bedding I have, the bedding is OK but when washed it creases very badly and the colour pink seems to be fading quickly so I am concerned it will look very cheap over time which is a shame.”

“I love the look of my linen bundle - sheets/pillowcases/duvet cover - and they were delivered promptly. However, I have been a bit disappointed in the overall quality (not quite as crisp as I expected) and feel that over time they haven't stood up very well to repeated washing (once a week). They are now approximately nine months old and look tired so we are thinking of looking for a new set. Given the price, I would have hoped the linen would look fresh and expensive for a lot longer.”

“The cotton on my Linen Bundle set is very high quality and worth the price - it feels great. However after just a couple of washes the buttons started to fall off the duvet cover. A few months in and I'm left with just one button. It's a shame & has put me off a re-order.”

“I like the material of the sheets, pillowcases and quilt cover. They are very comfortable to sleep in. However. I am disappointed that the quilt cover seams are fraying apart after a couple of uses. On examination I feel that the seam allowance is very minimal. Also, I ordered a cream set and the pillowcases are a noticeably different shade of cream to the sheet and quilt cover.”

“Lovely soft linen but definitely has crushed look in use and needs ironed. The fitted sheets are really not generous enough for deep fill sprung mattress. I thought double was a single since helpful labels for long side/short side were placed incorrectly. Suggest you order bigger size if like us you have deep mattress. Pillow cases very basic envelope style and Oxford style would improve overall appearance in my opinion. I have unpatterned plain set and wouldn’t reorder that.”

“Nice sheets. No nicer than the better quality Sainsbury’s ones, vastly over priced and not life changing in any way. Hugely over hyped. If you’re happy spending £200 on a bed set, they’re fine.”

“The Delivery was great and efficient, but I'm afraid the sheets are below par of what I was expecting. I suppose the name is a little misleading but the quality of the material is not terribly good, a little bit shiny and cheap feeling. I do like the dark blue colour though.”

“Bed linen is beautiful but was very unhappy about a query I raised regarding 2 pillowcases - website detailed ‘pink’ and it turned out that this ‘pink’ was very different to the ‘pink’ cushions, throw etc. Very condescending reply and would not change despite having spent hundreds of pounds (3 sets of bedlinen, 2 throws, 2 sets of cushions etc.) so would not use this company again.”

“I do enjoy my sheets from Linenbundle. The material is wonderfully soft and smooth - especially if you iron it. Unfortunately the way the pillow and duvet covers are sewn is very sloppy - crooked - and leaves much to be desired.”

“A nice product, the fabric was a bit thinner than I expected, but it's very soft. It washes and irons well. However I do think they're expensive. I'm not sure they justify the price tag.”

“They are nice and they wash well, definitely feel softer each time. But I wouldn’t say I’m feeling like “oh my god these are the best sheets ever”. I would also say there constantly seems to be a deal on the same colours, there’s no new products and a lot of emails for the same thing over and over. That puts me off more than the price point. I had to get in touch as 2 cushions arrived bursting out of their packaging and smelling a bit like fuel/smoke. But I think that was cause of the drivers van. But they could have been packed better in a larger bag. Customer service was really apologetic.”

“Sorry to say this but after all the hype on the website I was a little disappointed to be honest, weight of the cotton, finishing off and things like that were not as I had expected. Nothing enough that you would return the goods you understand but just enough to give me the feeling that I probably wouldn't buy again.”

“First set I got was damaged and I can’t see any difference in quality to what I’ve bought in the past at a cheaper price. Quite disappointed really”
