“Avoid at All Costs – Great Products, But None xistent Customer Service Once You Have a Problem I purchased multiple full sets of bedding and towels from this company — we're talking two or three of everything. At first, I was genuinely impressed. The bedding felt luxurious, the towels were soft, and customer service was very responsive while I was spending money. But once you encounter a problem, it's a totally different story. One of the fitted sheets began showing signs of unusual wear and deterioration — unlike any of the other sheets in the same batch. It’s not a rip or accidental damage; it's clearly defective. I sent them a polite email with a photo, expecting a basic acknowledgment or replacement. Nothing. I followed up a second time. No reply. Third time? Still ignored. Today, out of frustration, I sent 20 separate emails. Not a single response. Not even an automated one. The contrast is staggering: when you’re purchasing, they’re all over you. But once they have your money and you raise a valid concern — they vanish. No apology, no update, no refund, no replacement. Absolutely nothing. Considering the amount I spent with them — this is shocking. It’s not just disappointing, it’s insulting. It shows exactly what kind of company you’re dealing with: one that loves your money but couldn’t care less about you afterward. If anything goes wrong, you’re on your own. No refund. No replacement. No customer service. Just silence. I wanted to love this brand. I invested in them heavily. But they’ve made it crystal clear that loyalty is a one-way street. Avoid them. You deserve better than to be ghosted by a company the moment you need support.”

“Cheap products. Stained ! Possible already returned. Thin cheap fabric. Very disappointed. The duvet cover didn't fit the double duvet. Can't believe it. Don't bother”

“I bought a couple of sets about a year ago, but when I saw that the labels said they were made in Israel, I wouldn't purchase again. Quality was only okay, and sheets not deep enough, so kept sliding off the mattress.”

“Unless you are 100% certain you want to purchase a pillow or duvet don’t! As they have zero returns policy for these items. How you’re supposed to know if you like a pillow or not until you order it I’ll never kniw as they’re an online shop so it’s a con!”

“They sent me rubbish and I’m supposed to pay for postage back. That is complete and utter nonsense. I’ve seen better towels at Pennys. I will not buy from them again and i would recommend you don’t either because they don’t stand behind their products.”

“I Made my order on 27th Feb ( order #84773),... its 6th April today and i haven't received a single item. An order worth £744 and nothing has been delivered for months. They took my money and haven't heard from them.”

“Do not give them your money. I placed an order on 5 Jan which I still don’t have (14 Feb). 2 emails to customer services have been ignored. I’m now having to deal with my bank to get my money back (circa £200).”

“This is not actually a complaint about the product itself, but as someone who supports the Boycott, Divest, Sanctions (BDS) movement, I was very disappointed upon receiving my sheets to learn that they were products of Israel. I would not have purchased the sheets had I known, and I think consumers deserve to know where their products are coming from.”

“Extremely disappointed with the quality of this linen, the pillowcases were a different shade of grey to the fitted sheet, the fitted sheet has discoloured in places. The quilt was missing from the original delivery but quickly sent after I contacted the company, although how the bundle could be despatched with the heaviest part missing is surprising! Overall poor value for money and I wouldn’t reorder. 1 star as the long and short labels are useful.”

“The first sheet I ordered developed pilling and was replaced by customer services. The replacement came with the labels on the wrong sides (i.e. short was labelled as long and vice versa) and developed a similar fault to the first - pilling in the area where my husband's feet usually rest. I shall not be buying any more from you and really cannot be bothered with the trouble of returning the second one - when it gets too bad will buy elsewhere!”

“Poor quality poor customer service. Save your money Photo below,the bundle all different colours also over stitching on seems if you order do not wash until you have triple checked the goods !! Once washed can’t be returned. Shocking”

“Lack of transparency in the origin of the product. After being marketed as made in Europe, I found out that the product is made in Israel. Knowing this upfront, I would not have bought the product as a matter of principle.”

“Complained that my duvet cover didn’t fit. Was only offered a replacement, this also wouldn’t have fitted that’s the problem was the king-size didn’t fit my king-size feather the duvet (too big for it!). The person dealing with me said they would pass on my complaint to their manager and be in touch and they never got back to me. Very disappointed considering the amount of money this duvet cover cost me. I would never usually spend that amount put wanted to treat myself and it’s too big”

“These are terribly made with very little turnings and loose threads appearing after every wash. It’s such a shame they are made so badly as the feel of the sheets is lovely and the making let’s it down enormously.”
