“I would not have bought these if it had been clear that they are made in apartheid Israel. The sheets are of average quality - nothing special. Also the size I bought did not match my duvet of the same dimensions and I had to take several cm off.”

“In March last year I bought a dark blue super kingsize bundle. I have washed it carefully and at the appropriate temperature but both the sheet and duvet cover are now horribly discoloured. It started to deteriorate 3-4 months after purchase but I am only reporting it now as I am replacing most of my bed linen now (from elsewhere). A great disappointment.”

“Far and away the worst customer service I've had the misfortune of experiencing. Ordered a bundle on the 5th of June - had an alert that the particular pillow case was out of stock and would ship on 10th of June. No problem. Heard nothing on the 10th of June so sent a chaser - no reply for 2 days. An automated message sent after to say the bedding would be dispatched beginning of week after. Today is now the Monday after - another message came from customer service to say a few more of the items I ordered in the bundle were out of stock until the 27th of June and I should have seen those alerts when I ordered (I didn't). Non-existent service recovery, no compensation. Just full of excuses. The company also actively removes critical comments and queries on their Facebook. If they would perhaps make the same effort with customer service - it would be more worthwhile. Absolute cowboys - the sheets are decent, but nothing is worth the frustration when the customer service is such a farce. Avoid at all cost. Unless you are happy to wait weeks for your product and have the patience to deal with a company that treats its customers with such contempt.”

“Slow delivery with missing items with only the pillow cases delivered. Emailed to find out when I would be getting the rest of the order and then had to wait weeks for the rest to follow. Customer service communications was helpful in sorting out the missing items initially but need to sort out a better courier service.”

“I cant actually review the product as I ordered on 25 Sepetmber and still (31 October) have yet to receive anything. My item was not dispatched until 17 October and since then the chosen delivery servce, Yodel, has had my parcel but not delivered it even after multiple calls and emails and emails also to Linen Bundle. Very dissapointed.”

“Your delivery time was slow anyway, then the parcel couldn’t be delivered as it needed a signature. I contacted you and we agreed that you would tell the courier to leave in a safe place because I work all hours and can’t sign for parcels. The courier attempted delivery requiring signature - again, in spite of our arrangement - then, because I wasn’t in, returned the parcel to you. I didn’t even receive an apology from you! You need to arrange a better delivery service for your products. Extremely disappointed, particularly as I wanted those sheets a lot.”

“The bedding I received wasn’t accurate to size and I had to pay for alterations myself. In my opinion the customer service was poor. I thought it strange that many of their reviews are anonymous!”
