“I had an older Garmin E-collar that was only working at short distances. The customer service representative was knowledgeable of the issue and immediately diagnosed my problem. It was a problem with the collar so I only needed the collar and not the entire system. I ordered on a Friday and I had the new collar by Tuesday.”
