Mouldings arrived undamaged. I had problems with Tuffnnels previous carrier with damaged goods which made me reluctant to order large items from you such as mouldings and card. I hope that DX provides a better service.

Prompt delivery. Though one moulding cracked so guess I will have to fix it before framing. Perhaps it'd be good of you to check before dispatch?

Good value for money and a large range of items to choose from. The mouldings delivery company does not offer a parcel tracking service.

Had trouble setting up new account.Eventually was able to order,from there on the service was excellent.Delivery was made in two days,the order was correct. .

A very quick and easy transaction! Goods arrived the following day! Only one gripe; that is the cost of transport. I would be prepared to wait a few more days if the transport costs were reduced. Otherwise, very pleased with purchase.

Communication with Craig Jennings was optimal. But it took 1 week from stores to pack a 7kgs box even if I underlined that I needed the order urgently. So could not arrange transport before.

Ads = Easy ordering, fast delivery, good quality products Dis = Poor communication re delivery and packing damaged on delivery (good job no one can see the corners on the mountboards...)

Although i had some problems with the framing materials being warped, I have to praise lion customer service, who were polite and efficient, apologised for the problem and immediately reimbursed me the full amount. You don't often get such helpful customer service.

Good range. Prices sometimes a bit high. Good people with knowledge and helpful attitude. Trade counter somrtimes seems understaffed. But all generally good. The biggest frustration is the rules about what can be delivered and what has to be collected: sometimes I just need one or two mountboards but even if my order is by my standards quite large I still have to collect.

Personal service good. Mouldings are not always wrapped so I worry they might scratch on journey home. Recent problem with small marks on mountboard which has caused some wastage - of time as well! Prices pretty good. Main problem is having to order 10 sheets of mountboard to get a delivery but am looking at other suppliers for my mountbiard to save a 3 hour return trip to Birmingham!

Everything arrived as ordered although on two separate days for the same delivery which wasn’t ideal . I contacted lion and they promptly sorted it out so all good. This seems to be a growing issue with delivery companies which is annoying when you pay for next day delivery .

Would have given a VG but for some reason my order was split into two separate deliveries. the first was on the Friday when i expected it but the second (the moulding) which i needed more urgently didn't appear until the Monday!

Lion staff on the phone were very helpful and knowledgable about my queries. The email enquires solved my need for physical product samples to guide my project. Within 48 hours I had another catalogue to add to my desk! The samples arrived later that week, and allowed me to try before I buy and avoid disappointment. Great service so far.

Quality is on the whole pretty decent, though with the lower cost mouldings it definitely pays to check each length carefully; I have received a few pieces which are too badly warped or have been damaged before shipping. Card stock can suffer in transit but tht is the nature of having this kind of item shipped. Customer service is great though, any problem is quickly sorted.

You did fine as usual. I haven't give you 5 because you will see that I frame in a small way. My customers go for cheaper frames so I tend to use Minerva. The variety of choice of these frames has reduced considerably over the last couple of years. I mainly use M121 and you recently discontinued gold, ayous and white. You have also discontinued all of the Minera slips leaving no equivalent alternatives. A D Patterson (PATT 28)

I would have loved to have selected 'Very Good' as Lion's choice of products is really extensive, and their customer service generally excellent. However, a lack of flexibility around delivery for customers living in the Highlands lets down the whole experience. I anticipate that my current order will arrive seven days after I placed the order. By todays standards, that's disappointing.
