“Product arrived on time. However I could only order a ten sheet minimum on jumbo size mountboard, which is a bit annoying but also understandable, but when it arrived it was packed in two sets of five in completely different parcels! So maybe the minimum should be five.”

Dear Alison Thank you for your feedback on your order. With regards to the Jumbo board you are correct we only have a minimum of 5 sheets for despatch purposes but unfortunately our website groups this product as mountboard and therefore requests a minimum of 10 sheets. There is a way around this however. When you go to check out online we have a comments section if you pop a note in this section saying you only require 5 sheets of jumbo board we can amend the order here in the office for you and reduce the payment when invoiced accordingly. Unfortunately its just one of the little quirks of our vast product range online. “I have been consistently happy with the moulding lines and sundries offered by Lion. The catalogues are particularly easy to access with excellent explanations and tips for using products. I find that the pricing and quality of mouldings are competitive and have allowed me to offer quality framing at a fair price.”

“I first dealt with LION a number of years ago and then some time passed when I no longer carried out framing and associated art work. After this lengthy break I was pleased to see that the order I recently placed was delivered promptly and all items were of extremely high quality - something that I had expected from my past experience with them. It would be nice if postage costs could be a little more reasonable for light weight, non bulky items. Overall, though, a good buying experience.”
