“As a small new business we find Lion to provide an excellent and reliable service. However, the reason we did not rate you 5 stars was due to the minimum order restrictions. We would be happy to pay the appropriate carriage on items but sometimes we only need one or two items and we find ourselves ordering things we don't need to come up to your limit. we are still sitting on 9 sheets of black core gold mounting board.”

“I think the product range, price and sales service is great. Recently your accounts contacted me to say my account overdue. This was correct and due to a busy December I appologised and said I would send payment at the weekend when the accounts were being brought up to date. Our account was suspended for those 2 or 3 days which for a customer of close to thirty years was really annoying.”

“1. Good customer service 2. Good range of products 3. Generally good choice of mouldings. Not happy: 1. Increasingly reliant on using finger-jointed pine - hate it 2. Poor quality control on delivered mouldings - almost every order has at least one length with some damage or faults that would have been evident prior to packing.”

“Moulding arrived undamaged and promptly. Easy online ordering. However, some of the corners of the mountboards were quite damaged. I didn't really find what I was looking for in mouldings 40 mm plus and no stock in two that I was interested in!”

Dear Gulsen Thank you for your feedback on the service experience with Lion. My apologies for the service you had from one of our carriers Tuffnell's. Unfortunately we need to use them to deliver our deliveries which contain items such as mountboard, moulding and items over 1.5 meters in length as our regular carriers DPD we not expect these type of order. I will pass this information on to Tuffnells regarding your delivery but in future if you have any issues with deliveries do not hesitate to contact us here in the sales office and we can hopefully resolve the issue. warmest regards Julia

“Your staff are well informed and very helpful. Julia returned my query on her iphone on a Saturday almost immediately and I was impressed with that service. My first moulding delivery was exceptionally good with good email communications. The delivery of some samples was not as good as the driver got lost! When all my samples are delivered I will put in my order. Thank you Lion.”

Hi Tony Thank you for your feedback. We have now started to trial a scheme and have introduce letting moulding orders under the £50 mark go through our system and gaining feedback from our customers as to weather the delivery was successful in arriving in one piece. The moulding is sent out at your own risk and of course if the goods did arrive damaged we would not be able to replace these items but so far feedback has been good on goods arriving well and in good condition.
