“Excellent service in arranging my first order from all the staff in Birmingham plus good advice as to what extras I need for the equipment I was though told I would be notified when the delivery was due, however, the local Belgian delivery guy just turned up - it was lucky my wife was in. She received 7 packages and I will open and check them when we arrive in Lithuania in 10 days time. A couple of the packages were holed where they had been carried incorrectly but I do not think there is any damage to equipment there-in. I will confirm in due course.”

“I used to like the 'old' Lion with the opportunity to browse mouldings serendipitously. . I guess H & S probably curtailed this feature of the experience... I'm a 'creative' framer, often trying out new solutions and picking up on trends from our American cousins, most recently using slips to reveal the artwork as a distinct 'border' to the frame. I've noted that one of your most popular lines 'Bianco' has been dropped. I'll have to go elsewhere to find it I guess?”
