“Product details was not clear as to the size of children's shoes. Order was returned and one-third of the cost of the item was deducted for POSTAGE!! over £7. Grossly unfair!”

“First time ordered. A faulty pair of wellies came. Little Trekkers offered a free return and further discount. However then again I received a wrong size item without apology even after I sent an email about.”

“I ordered a Didriksons waterproof set for my 4 year old. Arrived very promptly, excellent quality. My son loves the set. He's quite a big boy for his age, I usually buy age 5-6. The only options were 4-5 or 6-7 - I ordered the 4-5 and it fits perfectly with plenty of room for growth”
