“Good service but product sizing inaccurate- not the fault of little trekkers”

“I didn't expect that that jacket will be so small. I bought bigger size (14-15 years) for 12 years old boy and is a little too small.”

“Made 2 orders. First one was fine no problem. Second didn’t arrive and had to ring and it was lost in the system! Still waiting for my next day delivery charge to be refunded. Once called they did sort the problem quickly.”

“Love the concept of this company and having placed my first order, the service is great and the products look and feel quality. However, the boots I ordered were significantly smaller than anticipated and my little trecker will likely need two sizes bigger than his usual size. This isnt an issue but what is is having to pay for delivery initially, then pay delivery for the return, and because you can not exchange, I would then need to pay delivery a 3rd time for the second pair to be sent - which I am not doing. So over-all, i really support this company but there is some work to do in terms or reducing costs to the consumer for delivery and returning of goods”
