Delivery is great but returns not so - I still haven’t received a refund for a pair of gloves I returned- the new set arrived quickly - would help if there was clear labels to return items.

Hidden charges for returns, and unhelpful, argumentative staff who keep insisting I am “confused” because I suggested that mentioning the returns fee half way down the returns page, way underneath the link to the Royal Mail returns portal, is a bit misleading. Definitely will not use again.

Product details was not clear as to the size of children's shoes. Order was returned and one-third of the cost of the item was deducted for POSTAGE!! over £7. Grossly unfair!

Please don’t think that the products I ordered are not high quality. I bought them previously from another vendor and love them. This time, I needed them before I went away on holiday. The previous vendor was slow so I changed and ordered from Little Trekkers. They said their delivery took 5 days. I left for a two week holiday in 5.5 days. Sadly, they didn’t arrive. I couldn’t find a phone number on the website to contact a human. I emailed and didn’t receive a response. I’m still on holiday and have had to ask my elderly neighbour to collect what we think is our parcel, off the doorstep, during one of the most rainy fortnights this year. I feel incredibly let down by this company and will not be ordering again from them. The second reason I won’t be ordering again is that, even though I had ordered and paid for the clothes I needed for my baby, I received emails from Little Trekkers saying I had left something behind in my trolley/cart. As I was in a rush to receive these clothes, I kept dropping everything to check my order had been placed. It had, but this is the company’s way to get you back into their store. Given my first issue of no clothes and no-one to call about this… I’d keep quiet Little Trekkers!!

Speedy shipping. Good quality item but massively oversized. I purchased 18-24 months and it fits my 4 year old!

First time ordered. A faulty pair of wellies came. Little Trekkers offered a free return and further discount. However then again I received a wrong size item without apology even after I sent an email about.

The spotty otter coats i purchased were great, however no where on the description does it say that the coats are fleece lined- it describes them as wind and waterproof, so when they arrived I was expecting a shell jacket, not a lined coat. I have kept them as will still be useful, but disappointed as they are not what I thought I was purchasing.

Wrong size sent. I selected Bogs wellies based on the European size stated. On the Bogs website sizing information page, it states "Bogs are built on a European last which is offered in full sizes." Waiting to see if Little Trekkers will pay for the return.

Delivered quickly but the item (kids’ Hunter wellies) appears to have an issue with the sizing, supposedly a size 9 but exactly the same size as my child’s (grown out of) 8s. They will take them back but return is at my cost, they don’t refund the original postage and want a much quicker return than most. So I’ll be down almost 10 pounds and have to still now source the right size from elsewhere as they don’t have it. No help from their customer service team whatsoever. They seem to have an odd business model where their prices jump around a lot - the same item a few days later is now priced differently - apparently seem to try and price as low as possible but when things go wrong those costs are all on the customer. The item I received actually had a previous bad review saying the two boots seemed like they were from different pairs - I’m wondering if these are actually factory seconds. Wouldn’t order again from them.
