“I ordered Manbi Suncream Tube and was surprised to see that the manbi sunscreen contains oxybenzone and isobuthylparaben. Isobutylparaben is banned for use in cosmetic products in the EU. Ocybenzone is a known hormone disruptor as well as an ocean-damaging ingredient. There is no way I would use Manbi on my children. For a retailer selling children's products I would expect Little Trekkers to take their responsibility and sell products that they believe are safe and unharmful. ”

Hi, many thanks for sharing your experience. We investigated this concern fully with the manufacturer as a matter of urgency as soon as it was brought it to our attention. The ingredient list on the tube was incorrect and the banned ingredients were not present. We have now had new stock with the correct ingredient list stated issue. I cannot apologise enough for the error, but please be assured we would never knowingly allow harmful products to be sold on our website. Kind regards, Little Trekkers

“Was so excited to receive my first purchase from Little Trekkers as I’ve loved their products, emails and general vibe for ages and ages. Arrived but unfortunately didn’t suit - the parcel was apparently too large for them to arrange any return so had to return via Parcelforce courier which cost £15. They have said this was made clear on the website but there is no sign on the product page - guess it’s hidden in the FAQ’s or delivery small print? Arranged the courier return but no communication at all from Little Trekkers five days on from confirmed safe delivery. So disappointing and such a big impact to my finances at such a tough time.”

“I ordered a baby snow suit on 11th February from you for my son, unfortunately after him only wearing it a couple of times I noticed the stitching has come undone from the seam under the left arm. I have emailed to ask if I return the suit to you for an exchange or refund bit had no reply”

“Without a blunt the worse assembly instructions ever plus missing screws lead to a very frustrating morning. For £300 you would expect more factory assembly and very easy instructions along with numbers packs of screws.”
