Hi, thank you for informing us of the delay in you parcel being delivered. We have checked this morning and it appears to be stuck at your local delivery office. We'll send you a replacement parcel today on a next-day service.

Hi, We're really sorry your parcel hasn't arrived with you yet. We're still seeing delays from the Royal Mail strike, especially with the parcels that were sent out on the same day as yours. That batch of parcels have started to arrive over the last couple of days. In hindsight we underestimated the effect the Royal Mail strike was going to have on delivery times, we'll be more prepared for the next strike! We've tracked your parcel and it is still showing as in the Royal Mail system, from what we are seeing with other parcels I expect it will be delivered today or tomorrow, we will keep an eye on the tracking.

Hi, I'm sorry your waterproof set hasn't arrived yet. We've checked on the Royal Mail website and it is showing as still "in the system". I think with the New Year Bank Holiday and everything going on some parcels are getting delayed at the moment. As I said on the phone, we'll check back in with you in a couple of days to make sure you've received the waterproofs. Apologies again for the delay. Kind regards, Rebecca
