“Sizing of boots are wrong , i am waiting on a confirmation of my return so i can get the correct size sent to me.”

Thanks for you r review. Unfortunately the current spate of Royal Mail strikes means that all the post is taking longer than it should to arrive. We spoke a few days ago and your boots had just arrived back with us and we are now arranging the exchange for you. As soon as we are able to send the smaller size back out to you we will email you to let you know.

“Very friendly & helpful staff when contacted by telephone. A few disappointments though. First, the waterproof dungarees were packaged in a large plastic cover - totally unnecessary. Second, DPD courier using a plastic wrapping for transport of the product - why not use paper-based packaging? Thirdly, not stocking products made somewhere other than China.”

Hi, thanks for your review. I hope you're pleased with the waterproofs and that you get a lot of use out of them. The Waterman sets are really good quality waterproofs, they aren't cheap but they are very durable and are properly waterproof and ideal for school use.

“Item as described and good quality but having ordered the item on 7th November it wasn't delivered until 16th using Royal Mail 48 hour service...whereas you could say this wasn't the fault of Little Adventure Shop I purchased other items from other sources after the 7th which were also delivered by Royal Mail using the same service and they arrived in 3 days. Something is amiss...not entirely sure they were dispatched when they said they were as the dates don't add up on the package. Having to wait for items longer than necessary could impact my decision to shop again.”
