Hi, I'm really sorry that the cap you ordered from us has taken so long to arrive. We sent it to you on the 4th August with Royal Mail 48 and I've just checked our tracking and it looks like it was delivered on 13th Aug (ironically just after you left this review!). The parcel must have been held up somewhere in the Royal Mail system as it should have been delivered around 6th August. Apologies again for the delay, the vast majority of the parcels we send with Royal Mail arrive in good time but very occasionally there is a delay.

“My daughter is size 5 1/2. I read the advise on the website that Sorel boots tend to come up small and to order one size larger so I ordered size 6. They are huge and I can even get my feet into them and I'm a size 7. Unfortunately they have to be returned at your own cost, which is over £8 for the cheapest method. Would not buy from here again as the risk that you have to return the goods, especially as you have already paid a delivery charge. I've now ordered another pair from another website which has free returns.”
