“I have just used the spider repellent, it really works. There was a small spider in the vicinity and it scooted away immediately. I just hope it works as well on the giant ones like i had last week. Thank you I can sleep better now”

“I don’t usually write reviews but I was very pleased with their customer service and felt that it deserved recognition. I placed an order for a number of dog toys, one of which was to replace a very much loved toy that is now past repair. I realised after I had placed the order that this particular toy came in more than one colour and as it was a replacement, I wanted a specific colour. I rang the company to explain the above and the lady I spoke with was extremely helpful and understanding of my slightly silly request and tried to source the specific colour for me. She kept me updated with her efforts and when it was realised that the colour I wanted wasn’t available, I then received a prompt refund instead of that toy. I very much appreciate the effort that was made to provide exactly what I was looking for, thank you.”
