The tube stop it doesn’t work can you send a return label I have sent many emails asking these are also ordered Kong toys which have not arrived After three weeks

Absolutely appalled that this 'small friendly family company' accepted an order plus my money, £112, only to go into administration shortly after when I tried to chase up non-delivery of 50% of my order, items that were shown to be in stock at the time of placing the order. I am now faced with fighting to try and retrieve the £50% I paid originally. Sharp practice and an awful way to treat customers.

ordered bird seed products 13th January 20003 £23.71 paid on that date never received the items. I asked for a refund several times but didn't get one. I read on their site that they had gone into liquidation 2 weeks after they took my money I am disgusted with them why take my money when they knew what was going to happen.

The rubber feet were missing from the stands. I was told they have been posted. It has been 17 days and I still haven’t received them. I have emailed on numerous occasions but no response. I have tried to call and after hours of queuing I give up!

Sadly my order has not arrived, though I did have an email saying it had been dispatched and despite emailing you 3 times to ask if it could be tracked from your end I have not received any response. I have been unable to get through to you by phone (I have been holding in a queue for so long that I had to hang up each time) I really didn’t want to leave a bad review as was hoping this could be sorted out but am at a loss as to what else to do

Waited over 3 weeks for a delivery. Yodel returned parcel back to supplier. I'm still awaiting a refund, even though they sent me an email stating a refund will be processed. Very disappointing service. I will not use Little Fields Farm ever again. Its easier to purchase items from Amazon. Poor service overall.

Very poor service. Avoid. Serious delays in postage and admitted it was an in house issue. But no offer of compensation due to their mistakes.

I placed an order on Tuesday 8th November and did not receive notification that my order had been successful until two days later on Thursday, 10th November and then didn’t receive another email until Monday 14th to say my parcel was getting ready to be dispatched i didn’t receive my order until Wednesday, 16th November eight days after I placed it bearing in mind I placed my order on the 8th November and paid quite a lot for next day delivery. And have since sent two emails with no response. I think this is shocking customer service. Hope to hear back soon Order number #200152816

Poor dispatch times and lack of proactive action. I’ve ordered twice from this company and both times the orders have not been dispatched until after I have contacted them to chase up. First time I waited over a week before contacting them. They could not explain why the item had not been dispatched & it was sent out that day. Second time, again I had to chase and after they investigated I was told the item was out of stock but they could send me a similar item; no explanation as to why I had not been contacted about this.. I’m not confident that either order would’ve been dispatched without me chasing up after a week of waiting for a dispatch notification.

Your first order was placed on Saturday 25th June @ 13:03 - we are not open on the weekend and so your order was processed and dispatched W/C 27th June 2022 arriving with you on the 1st July at 17:41 via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Also included on every product are the delivery details below. NEXT DAY delivery: Although we dispatch on the same day, due to couriers being extremely busy during this period, we cannot unfortunately guarantee that your order will reach you on time. STANDARD delivery: You should receive your order within 2-4 days depending on the delivery option you choose. We can not see any issues with your first order as this was actioned and delivered within our timescale. Your second order was placed on Saturday 29th October @ 15:15 - we are not open on the weekend, so your order was processed on the W/C 1st November 2022. We completely agree that we did not act 100% on this occasion as you did chase your order on the 2nd of November 2022 - however, working days starts on the 1st of November 2022 so we would have still been within the timescale. You are right that the item was out of stock and we did reply with an alternative as soon as we received your email. Your second order arrived on the 4th of November 2022 within the timescales that we quote and also dealing with an issue for which we take 100% responsibility for not being at our best with the stock level of a product. Please don’t use Yodel ! As a rural farmer these townies don’t even try to find you and then lie about leaving a card saying they missed you and left a calling card😡 Been here waiting all the time🙄

The delivery was very slow despite a high delivery charge for a very small, light item. The product was not as depicted on the website. Customer services were most inflexible. All in all, a poor Internet experience.

I was never informed one of my items were not in stock, I was then told that it would be in stock the following week, to then be told it wasn’t. 3 weeks to get part of what I’d wanted.

1: they sell smaller lengths of fleece at a higher price than one large roll . - understandably . I ordered 6 small rolls for 6 different purposes that could be kept in different places and was happy paying the higher price . They sent one box stuffed / crushed any old how and just one long length - despite having charged for the dearer smaller lengths . It was rolled up not even folded . No refund offered . Bad shop AVOID
