Sorry just opened my flowers to find them in less than perfect condition there is small sharp wires visible at the clip ends some off the actual leaves are or have come away from wire leaving wire sticking up very poor for the price I won’t buy off Amazon again terrible when you can’t see items and rely on good quality for your money

Just opened and looked at my flowers and I think they are shocking quality wire sticking out at the clip on bit wire not glued on to white leaves generally very poor for the price

Yodel are hopeless. We had this problem with them before; they say they delivered the package but they did not even try as we were here all day. Please use someone else!!

I ordered 2x450g tubs of Big Cheese Mole Scatter Granules. I was disappointed with the product as each tub arrived only half full of granules. I could actually put both tubs of granules into 1 tub rather than in 2. So the customer is only getting half a tub of granules per tub. Bit of a miss sell.

Thank you for your review, hope you're well! For some reason Big Cheese like to use tubs which are far too large for the contents which is why these will only look half full when you open them. We've double-checked this against our remaining stock and can confirm that the contents weighs 450g so you should have received 900g in total. Please weigh the contents to verify this for us. If for any reason you have not received the correct weight please email photos to sales@littlefieldsfarm.com along with a copy of your packing slip so that we can look into this for you. Hi Charlotte, Thank you for your review, hope you're well! I'm so sorry to hear that you have not yet received your order. We despatched this last Friday so I would have expected this to reach you on Monday. Your parcel is with Royal Mail and it looks as though they must be experiencing some delays in your area as the first delivery attempt was made on Wednesday but they have listed "No Answer". The parcel is currently scheduled to be delivered to you today by 1:33pm. Items delivered (grow tunnels) were not as advertised and were all faulty. Also overcharged for delivery. Initially, customer support appeared good (hence 2 stars rather than 1) if rather slow, and they accepted that the items were not as advertised and that a partial refund for delivery would be considered. But rather than offer an immediate refund without further inconvenience for me, delays continued and once I had asked explicitly for a refund Little Fields Farm appeared to create more delays and cause more unnecessary work for me. This matter is now in the hands of third parties who Little Fields Farm may find it difficult to ignore. I had given Little Fields Farm 2 stars based on the previous paragraph. But a week later they are STILL causing delays to avoid refunding and causing us further inconvenience, for example by failing to make a collection on the day they chose for the collection.

Thank you for your review, hope you're well! I'm sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with the products that you have received. We only asked for additional photos as requested by Haxnicks and apologise if you felt that this was extra work, it is not our intention to put obstacles in the way of resolving such issues, rather to offer the swiftest possible solution without inconveniencing you. Haxnicks have offered to collect these from you so that we can issue a full refund. They have also come back to us with the following update: "We have just found out that all the Micromesh tunnels have been made like this on purpose by the factory. The holes are used for marking the Fabric to show where the hoops are located. Therefore there is no point in sending replacements as they will be the same. In fact, the small holes do not affect the use of the product and the edge of the fabric has a strip of close/dense weave along each edge which prevents fraying, but we do see that this looks a little rough because the filaments protrude a few mm from the edge. Again this does not affect the use of the product. Please thank the customer for bringing these points to our attention so we can improve them for future production. We would like to apologise about the confusion with the colour, which again does not affect the use of the product, but we understand this looks different from the picture and therefore we can issue a refund if they want to return the products. In short, there is no real quality issue with the product, but we do want to get them looking better for our customers in future." Got email to say my order was dispatched by 48 hour delivery. 9 days later nothing and when I call up, I was told it had not been sent from warehouse. Still waiting for call back to explain.

Hi Mike, thank you for your review, hope you're well! We're so sorry that your order has not yet arrived. These are assembled and despatched direct from our supplier due to their size and unfortunately we are not given any tracking information for such items. I believe they have been experiencing problems with their main delivery partner (Tuffnells) which is what has caused the delay. As mentioned on the phone, delivery should be taking place tomorrow and we have asked that they leave the parcel in your requested safe place if you aren't at home to accept the delivery. Very lovely product but on receiving them realised they are 1 pint not one litre as everywhere else! Never get 10 hand full out of a bad and obviously twice the price i reality. So sadly returned them

Hi Beth, Thank you for your Review. We hope you're well and had a good Easter! I'm so sorry that your order took this long to despatch. I've looked into this with our warehouse team who have advised that there have recently been some inconsistencies with this product from the manufacturer (namely the number of catheters that are included). We had to re-order this product from our supplier and the correct item took much longer than usual to arrive with us. We sincerely apologise that this issue was not identified and brought to your attention sooner and really appreciate you bringing this to our attention so that we can prevent similar issues from occurring in future. Such instances are the exception rather than the rule but we will of course use your feedback to improve our methods going forwards. Took a week and a half to arrive. When it did the way it was packaged was diabolical. End of the handle was sticking out and was scuffed. Both handles were scratched. Parcel tape stuck all over the tool handles.

We despatched this on the 14th of December with Royal Mail so this should have reached you by now (tracking reference JD206648765GB). We do apologise for the delays that Royal Mail are experiencing given the time of year. I've been advised that if this has not arrived by Christmas Eve it would be classed as missing and we can put in a claim with Royal Mail for the loss. If it comes to this would you like a refund for the order or would you prefer for a replacement to be sent out? We would always advise contacting us directly prior to leaving a negative review as this is not a fair reflection on us as a retailer as we have very little control once a courier has the parcel.
