“Hi Sadly this order didn't go well for me. I ordered a Mason Cash mixing bowl online, after placing the order I didn't receive a confirmation email, concerned I phoned to see if the order had been placed, the helpful young man checked to see if it had been received or processed with no results. We concluded it hadn't been processed, so I left it at that, imagine my surprise when the bowl was delivered! Unfortunately I had ordered one elsewhere and I don't need two which I now have. I'm being shielded so it's a problem returning it. These things happen I guess, rather frustrating though. Ken Thomas”
