Item not packaged well so was leaking and broken spray. Had to put in my own spray bottle

Great online selection, however ordered a Christmas tree that was shown as in stock with 4-5 days delivery. We were doing Christmas early as a family member was in ill health. 3 weeks later it had still not been dispatched, customer service was friendly but not very helpful when I asked delivery information. Ended up cancelling our order and picking one up at a local garden centre. Personally I don’t think I’ll order from them in the future.

Damaged parcel received. Appalling customer service. No apology throughout this debacle. Placed order 9th September & just received refund today 24th September 2020 despite immediately informing them of the damage & returned the parcel straight away. Apparently I had to ensure the parcel including each item contained with in the box had to be securely wrapped otherwise I would be charged for damaged stock! Unbelievably bad service. I would not recommend using this company.

Two deliveries from this company, both with smashed items, contents spilled everywhere. Inadequate packaging caused both. No response from customer services.

Fully understand COVID-19 but all delivery companies seem to be back to normal. eBay I use loads, Amazon loads, PC world etc.. do not have a delivery issue. Little fields took 5weeks!! Looked on trust pilot and yep everyone saying the same

It took a month to deliver the goods. That too after 5 telephone calls and three emails. Promised callbacks were never made and the goods were eventually dispatched after escalation of my complaint to a senior member of staff. It still was not picked up the courier on time and arrived two days later that what was promised by the senior staff member. Won’t use again.

very late delivery. didnt even dispatch until put in Paypal dispute. No apology. Two boxes of fertilizer eventually delivered by throwing them over the gate - in the pouring rain.

The boxes and lids are good quality but the ones I received are not as illustrated on the website. I was disappointed with this as I specifically required boxes with 4 different coloured lids. I could have purchased the storage boxes with blue and grey lids locally for a lower cost and without postage and packaging charges.

Two items were as described and good when delivered. One item delivered was not as ordered or as described on the delivery note. I am still waiting for a resolution to this.

Poor service and a lack of communication. Four days after ordering I called to find out where my order was and was told that small print said deliveries could take up to 10 days. I called again 10 days after placing the order to be told Parcelforce had lost package and I would be refunded. As a result I re-ordered from another site. I have just got home from holiday and the parcel has been delivered, no refund received.

After placing my order which was in stock I waited a week then had to message them, there was no update to let me know why the delay (waiting for stock) the same a week later, I understand one of my items was damaged still no update! No communication left me dissapointed!

No communication when I chased up was told it would be shipped out on the Tuesday then the Friday then it didn't go out until the following Wednesday, never answered any emails or queries

I wasn’t given the option to review my latest purchase, had a really poor experience as have many others if you check other unfiltered review sites or the questions section on here you will see. Delay of almost 2 weeks in dispatching my items, no response via emails and when I spoke to someone they where rude and unapolegetic for the delay. I’d recommend doing your research on an unbiased review site first!

Awful customer service. Parcel was delivered to wrong address by Royal Mail and after 3 emails (including confirmation from Royal Mail that the parcel had been miss-delivered and compensation could only be claimed by the sender) and almost a month of waiting I had to claim a refund through PayPal which took another 3wks. I would never order from them again.

Where do I start! One of the tools u ordered was damaged when you received it and you couldn't get a replacement, so you refunded the money! I then had to get in contact with you 2 week's later by email asking about the remaining order. I then received an email asking me to phone yourselves. I did so and was informed that you had refunded the money for the wrong item, so I owed you money. Unfortunately I was out working and didn't have my card with me, when I asked if you could send the items and I would phone the following day to pay, as I needed the tools for work! No was the answer it's against company policy! But it wasn't my mistake, it's your mistake in the first place! Sorry we can't do that! So obviously I had to phone up the next day to get the tools I needed. So your mistake, caused me more hassle, one by receiving my items a lot later than I should as they where lost in the system and two, by having to make two phone calls a d being on hold quite a long time both times! Not a great service I'm afraid
