Took 4 days to process an order for two bottles of wasp powder. Wouldn't mind so much if carriage were free, but when you're paying £4.95 for a 48hr delivery when it took 96hrs for them to put two bottles into a card-box box is somewhat galling.

A more accurate score woyld be -10. Failed to deliver the goods paid for, pretended the goods had been dispatched which upon checking with the delivery comoany stated, they confirmed they had not received the order either. It seens a lot of the poorer quality online companies falsely claum goods dispatched to avoid order cancelation, when in fact the goods have NOT been dispatched.. this is unscrupulous behaviour and has now converted ne to shop on the high street and away from internet sellers.. i simply dont trust online traders anymore.. this firm is one of those not to trust....

The rating doesn't relate to Little Fields Farm; the product ordered arrived on time and was what I ordered. The review related to the product itself as it just didn't work. I tried a strong solution and a 9 litre one, both were useless.

Terrible customer service. I ordered three bottles of fertiliser (order 4211283). Only 2 arrived. I contacted them. They asked me to send proof. I sent a photograph of the bottles still in the original bag and the invoice showing purchase of 3 bottles. No reply. I chased them 3 times for a reply, 26/6/20, 3/7/20 and 14/7/20. Hence the 1 star review.

Made an order and didn’t hear anything for weeks. Emailed and still waited to receive a reply. Turns out one item wasn’t available so it was taken off my order and the order sent without it (I wasn’t asked about this). Annoyingly that item was the main item I wanted, the other items were added to make the delivery fee worthwhile.

I totally appreciate that these have been unprecedented times and it must have been incredibly difficult for the company. I have spoken to someone but felt a written review also necessary. 5 weeks and no answer to emails,meant taking out a dispute with my bank to get money back,then cancel it when it arrived. The girl on the phone today was very pleasant and dealing no doubt with many issues. It seems to me that unable to cope with unprecedented demand perhaps the online shop should have been taken down for a while if you were unable to find time to contact waiting customers. Amanda

Took the money straight away but took weeks to eventually deliver. Refused to answer phone or emails to track order. Can't blame covid as deliveries from other companies were on schedule.

Whilst I can understand that times can be very difficult at the moment, my dealings with you were totally unacceptable. Honesty is always the best policy with customers and you blatantly lied about the delivery of my product, even though I had asked to cancel it as it was taking too long and I had purchased another one from Amazon as I needed it . You lied saying it was sent and gave me a Royal mail no that did not exist until 4 days later so as not to allow me to cancel it. I will never use you again as you have wasted my time and money.

Terrible customer service. Complained about several things damaged in transit but they didnt bother to reply, just asked me to leave a review......again. So here it is. If you want your items badly packed and damaged in transit then to be ignored. Order. If I were you I would steer clear.

Purchased a Brinsea Chicksafe auto closing door. Item arrived in good time but stopped working within a week. No response from the company despite numerous contact via email and other means. VERY UNHAPPY

Asked to send a review when item not delivered. Then sent an email to review not based on delivery. Item took ages to come. Found the email sent a little rude My advice, use a different delivery company. Check for spelling mistakes in your emails. Be polite to your customers.

The order was cancelled after waiting nearly a month. They then proceeded to ignore the cancellation and ship the items. They eventually arranged for a return collection, but have now failed to provide a refund. PayPal or credit card payment is a must it seems as that's the only cover you'll have. Just to summarise the debacle: 27th April - Order placed (all items shown in stock). 20th May - I requested a cancellation after waiting almost a month for any response. 21st May - Asked if I wanted a partial refund and the parts you had sending. 22nd May - I declined the partial refund offer as I'd already purchased elsewhere due to the delay. 27th May - They failed to cancel the order or reply and the order was collected by Parcel force. 28th May - Order left on my doorstep. 29th May - Contacted them to request a return collection (as per the terms and the fact it shouldn't have even been shipped). 3rd June - They eventually replied. 10th June - Still no reply about collecting parcel. 13th June - Chased and still no reply. 15th June - Eventually sent me the return documentation. 20th June - Parcel returned. No refund issued. 1st July - No response or refund issued. 2nd July - I've raised it with PayPal. I wouldn't use Little Fields Farm again or recommend them to anyone. Current situation aside their customer service is appalling.

The order which was for bird food took weeks to deliver so I had to order elsewhere. They were not answering the phone so I had no idea if the order was going to be sent and if so when. Email met with no response. Even allowing for current circumstances the service was worse than anybody else I dealt with. The product itself was first rate but then it is from a manufacturer that I always buy so no credit for that due to Little Fields Farm.

I would NOT order from LFF again . I placed my order 30/05 .After 1 week I made a call and emailed them re status with no reply .No answer to telephone call .A week later again tried to call & email them and still no reply. After 2 weeks of waiting with no delivery I contacted paypal for a refund . A day later I then received notification that my order had been dispatched 15/06. No replies ,no apology !
