I've had 3 emails pestering for a review but when I enquire about my purchase not a email reply in sight. I've already left a review after the first email. Does not seem that professional to me.

As i cant give zero stars it'll have to be 1 star. Regardless of Covid-19, not getting back to your costumers is not okay. It took 44 days for you to deliver the item, which had nothing to do with the courier company, and despite multiple attempts to contact you to find out whats going on, you didn't once reply to my emails or calls and in the end i had to start a Pay-pal dispute to get any kind of response, And even then ive not actually heard from you, just my item turning up in the post. AFTER 44 DAYS. In the interests of being nice I hope you haven't done your business any long term damage, but I certainly know i wont be coming back. Appealing customer service.

Customer service non existent. Cannot get in touch by telephone. There were not many responses to my emails. Can’t blame that on delivery companies.

Having ordered and paid for two window openers on 18th May 2020 they were eventually delivered on 18th June2020.Despite having sent two emails pointing out that it was not just good enough to claim that the virus was to blame and not replying to my emails.I pointed out that I had ordered some fittings for my boat from a french company in La Rochelle delivered in four days so it speaks volumes for the poor business practices of Little Fields Farm.Still no apology

Claimed to have posted my item on 16 June, but delivered to Royal Mail a week later on 23 June. After that the item was delivered within 48 hours as per Royal Mail service chosen.

Emailed them within the hour to cancel my order, no reply at all. Took over a week for delivery and no acknowledgement I’d cancelled the order!

I am still awaiting a reply following the 5 or 6 emails I have written to them regarding an order. No option to speak on the phone and no one replying at all. Been trying for a couple of weeks now.

Never received the products I ordered. The company never replied to my complaint emails. Not professional. It is robbery given I paid for a service I never got.

I know we're in a pandemic but the customer service is appalling. It took four weeks to receive the first part of my order (and only after I contacted them asking where it was). A week later a second parcel arrived and at the same time I was refunded a mysterious amount presumably because something could not be sent. And now, six weeks after placing the order, I am still waiting for several pieces. I have emailed to cancel and ask for a refund and hopefully they'll respond by 2021 but I'm not holding my breath.

Took a long time to get the delivery and when it arrived one item was missing and still waiting for it now. And after 2 emails and 2 phone calls with no reply!!! Sorry no impress with your company. Yves.

Delivery took over 3 weeks. Nobody picks up the phone for over 2 weeks. I sent two emails and the customer services was very very poor, not even an apology

Avoid this company I contacted them twice to ask where my goods were. I received no reply to either inquiry? After sales care is non-existent. When you call the number it says that due to COVID you must email the admin staff who are working at home, no one is replying to emails either. Don’t risk losing your money.

I ordered a number of items and then didn't hear anything for over 20 days. Telephone lines were closed and there was no response at all to any emails. Money was taken up front and so expected never to receive anything. Raised Paypal dispute and got an email 24 hours later saying one item was out of stock (it was in stock when I ordered it). Terrible experience with no contact possible. Did get goods eventually and refund for missing item. Dissapointed that Little Fields Farm ignored all emails until one came from Paypal.

The Hazelok hose pipe tap connector the package was already open and when I used it the water just poured out and went everywhere obviously it’s a returned item and it’s not working as it should be but why send it to me then? Should of been returned to the manufacturer as faulty not sent out to another customer very disappointed overall!

Item ordered on 20/5 and still not here on 5/6. They aren’t taking phone calls and don’t reply to emails. Royal Mail tracking states that they are still waiting for parcel from sender. Definitely won’t use again.

Made an order on 30/4. At that time website stated delivery within 15 days due to Covid issues. Enquired by email on 7/4 (tried phone enquiries first, but no response) and was promised shipment by 11/4. Than got a notification that my order was actually shipped on 18/4 and I finally received it on 21/4 i.e. full 23 days later! So, they missed their own updated delivery commitment by >50%! Great record indeed.

I would love to be able to give you 5 stars, but I have still got an item missing from my order, nearly a month since ordering. I am presuming it isn't coming, but you cannot take phone calls, ignore emails and have taken my money but not delivered an item. Baffled how you can run a business like this. I know times are hard right now, but if you cannot offer any kind of customer service you should have shut completely and furloughed all staff.
