I would describe them as the worst company in the world disgusting!!! selling out of date products and using Covic 19 as an EXCUSE to not answer the phones ? they fail to reply to any of my emails ? or respond to the website forms so I am now forced to raise an issue with Paypal to get my money back I then may contact trading standards

I placed the order on 22 of May, nothing arrived till now. No phone call can be reached, emails were been answered automatically. No idea when I can get these. Very angry...

I have waited for my order since the beginning of may and still not come. I have emailed and phoned countless times but get no reply. Absolutely terrible customer service and I dont know how this will get resolved since there is no way to get in contact

Terrible customer service. They are not answering phones or replying to emails. I know times are tough, but you cannot ignore clients. I have spent about £300, I have no products and have no clue if / when I will have. And I can't even get a refund. Very unhappy.

Items delayed, understandable, but no replies on email correspondence and missing item on order. So far no reply. The original order was on the 6th May. Quite disappointed and left with no way to get my item or money back as they do not answer emails or the phone.

they take your money, then they do not reply to e-mail or phone calls and after 25days no sign of delivery. so far a scam, because you can still 'donate' money via their website, for stuff you won't receive.

Still no correspondence from the company and they have received and signed for the returned pair of boots. Ongoing from the 9th of may and now up to the 29th of may. Truly shocking!!

I have sent two emails and number of phone calls which has an answering machine So I did write to you immediately saying the product you sent was the wrong one and therefore not satisfied I needed 10 l bags instead I have received 5L bags I paid first class and didn’t receive my order until I reminded you that I have not received my order

Order item beginning of May arrived 3 weeks later damaged. Email company about problem no response after more than a week. Having to speak to bank to arrange refund as this company not responding.

A truly appalling online shopping experience. Order placed online 2 May and automatic confirmation received. No information received after that and no phone service was available. So I emailed 11 May. No response. On 13 May an automated message to say order had been despatched by ParcelForce. I won’t go into the ParcelForce tracking messages but it’s proved impossible to make any contact with either ParcelForce or Little Fields Farm to find out where the order is. Today 23 May, 3 weeks after placing the order, and not having been able to speak to anyone for information, I have emailed to request a refund. My advice would be stay clear. There’s no excuse for poor customer service at any time.

Ordered two 10k buckets of Q4 fertiliser that Parcleforce couldn't deliver because the box they were in was not properly addressed. Despite paying delivery charge had to undertake a 40 miles round journey to collect from depot. Insubstantial box and packing had resulted in one bucket being damaged with 50% of it's contents ending up in the box. Three e-mails sent to Little Fields Farm during the past week. No reply thus far.

Absolutely shocking, non existent service. I've been super patient with covid, but no email confirmation once ordered (but money from paypal taken). Emailed 3 times. No response. They have no phone service. So still no idea if they even have my order, let alone when I'll get it. It's now been 17 days. Avoid. They are not fit for purpose. I know it's challenging times but if you continue to take copious online orders, you should provide an admin service. Get a virtual PA if you need to. There are easy solutions. But don't leave us with no communication. Disgusting customer service. *And I note that you can reply on here in the last day to a low star review on here to defend your reputation and I quote "we do not believe we have provided a dreadful service at all"?! Common guys. Own up to your gaps in service and put them right.

My experience with little fields wasn’t great I appreciate these are unpredicted times however it took over a month for my items to be despatched having been told it would be only be 10 working days, when I emailed for an update I did not receive a response or response to a follow up email I sent, my items where then delivered to another address - appreciate this is not there doing however all in all hasn’t been that great as never received an update on my emails.

On going issue with organising a return since the 09/05/20 now 21/05/20, no communication from company yet they are still happy to process orders and take people's money, yes I'm aware there is a pandemic at the moment but they have now received multiple emails from myself with no communication back. They have received the parcel return and signed for it, still no communication! I advise against using this company unless your 100% sure that your going to keep whatever you order.

Took my money on 21st April and now won’t answer my emails or social media requests for an update. They have hidden Instagram posts from many annoyed customers and they’re getting a few too many good comments on here. Very strange for a small family shop. Please refund my money immediately!
