Tried to contact this company today by telephone, as clipper battery paid £83 for 3 weeks ago - still has NOT arrived! They shouldn’t take payment if they cannot deliver the goods. Unable to leave message as voicemail full. Not responded to emails sent either! Very disappointing service.

I fully understand you are all very busy. I placed a order with you on the 28th March of which you have taken payment.. I have tried on numerous occasions to contact yo by phone only to be told to leave a message only to be told inbox full?? I have sent an email regarding my order, with no reply as yet? I have placed orders with other company's after I placed van order with you, and have been updated and received all my items. I will not be ordering from you again... please would you send my items or contact me to refund me in full.

The adjustable feed and weed bar did arrive safely. Sadly one of the extension tubes was split (taped it up) and the universal nozzle would not fit tightly on any of my three watering cans (taped it up)

An item ordered was faulty, so I contacted customer services and I need to send a photo! Don’t they believe me! Now just called customer services at 8am no one answered I had to leave a message. Very poor customer services I will not use this company again

Dear Ms Doyle, We are sorry you have called when we are closed, the web site clearly states the office opens at 9 am not 8 am. We require photo evidence for any issues with items to look into. This is standard practice for all online and mail order companies. In terms of not believing you about your issue, we expect evidence of the issue to resolve your problem quickly. Ordered and got email confirmation but no further updates. Phone not answered and emails not replied to so 8 days after ordering I opened a complaint with PayPal still no response. It was only a negative review on Facebook that finally got a response (within 53 minutes) sorry for order issue please call them. Tried that no pick up so asked them to respond to my emails and the PayPal complaint. Three hours later another FB message from them saying issues with stock reordering on new computer and apparently the order will be delivered on Saturday 23rd. Really taking aside that poor excuse they should have got in touch when they got my order and kept me updated and if no stock given the option of cancel and refund. Needless to say still no reply to my emails or PayPal. Customers understand problems happen in businesses big and small and it is how issues are handled by the retailer that affects the customer shopping experience. In this case there was a total lack of communication and regard for customer service I would not recommend.

I ordered a replacement seal for a prestige pressure cooker naming the size and model. It cost over £10 including postage. When it arrived it was too small but Littlefields say it is the correct seal. Well if it is it should not fall out when turning the lid over. I do not rate the service at all and will not be using them again. The seal is in the bin. The lowest rating I could give was1 but it should have been lower. BE CAREFUL IF YOU ORDER FROM THEM!!!!

Dear Mr Davis, If you are going to leave a damning review about a company I suggest that you get the facts correct. Firstly we accept back any incorrectly ordered items, providing they are still in the original packaging - this is stated on our web site and on the despatch note you received in the box. When you called we asked if you had the packaging so we could check the item was as the manufacturer recommended. As you had not got this anymore it made it impossible to check the item or part number. What you had done is thrown the packaging away instead of keeping it. If you had not discarded the packaging then we would have happily had the item back and a complete refund or exchange for a different item would have been provided. On both occasions, when you called our customer services team members offered to help by asking for a photo of the packaging to assist you and to show how the item didn't fit, both times you refused. We can not stress enough that we would have exchanged this for you had you not discarded the packing making it impossible to resell or check if the item was correct or not. Regards Little Fields Farm

Extremely poor communication from the start, and painfully unhelpful. Purchased a ‘rat proof’ feeder which rats could easily feed from. The feed would also not filter to the bottom. The item also came with random parts and instructions of a completely different item, confused, I messaged them but received no response. Despite item not working as advertised and despite it being the item THEY personally recommended they refused a refund (I had to ring them to get to this stage, messages often went ignored) After much fuss they agreed an exchange, but I had to cover postage (£7 courier for such a large item) second ‘Rat proof’ feeder leaked so much the rats were having a feast. Again many of my messages/emails were ignored. They simply said it must be my chickens fault for the way they eat and went back to ignoring me. Very unprofessional, a lot of time and money wasted.

The poultry feeder is good but the 20 litre water container is a waste of money, the water keeps running out. Am I doing something wrong!
