Despite website stating delivery could take up to 15 days (due to extraordinary Covid related circumstances), my order arrived full 22 days later! I tried calling few times in the meantime, calls always answered by voicemail, with no option to speak to anyone. Email queries not replied either. Appalling service! Can't understand other recent reviews, unless fake.

Dreadful service. Ordered weeks ago and product have never arrived. They do not answer emails and there is no ability to contact them. Very frustrated with them.

Dear Sean, As discussed on the telephone, the parcel has been held over by Parcel Force for 7 days. This is something that's out of our control. The tracking indicates delivery today. Apologies that we have been benchmarked on another companies service not our own. We do no not feel we have provided a dreadful service at all. Regards LFF

Beautiful boots arrived however just too narrow for myself. Trying to get the company to respond to a call or email over the last 10 days for a return is proving impossible. There are people dispatching orders so someone must be there for after sales?!

Whilst the products that this company sells are brilliant the after sales service is truly shocking, I have been trying to contact them since the 9th of may, it is now the 16th of may and still no reply, I need to arrange a return of a product that unfortunately doesn't fit. They seem happy enough to take your money but not happy to help afterwards. I have emailed them and also gone through the contact section on their website to no avail.

It took Liitle Fields 5 weeks to deliver my order from stock. During this period I was unable to get a response from Little Fields. The website told me that orders cannot be cancelled but goods can be returned. I was reluctant to pay the cost of returning a large 8kg parcel so reluctantly kept the grass seed which I really needed some weeks ago. I only received the product after I escalated my complaint with PayPal. The website now says goods can take 15 days to be delivered, be warned mine took over 5 weeks: ordered 31March, delivered 4May.

Awaiting an order. Website states 15 days due to covid which is absolutely fine. However I placed the order 13 days ago and I've had no shipping details sent to me, no reply to my emails or Instagram message as to even the slightest indication as to when I might receive my order.

You haven’t given us the time to look at your issue, we do not work 24 hours a day as maybe perceived due to social media access. We will look into your issue today and email you back. I’m leaving a one star review as I can’t leave a zero. This ‘company’ sold me a drinker which was not fit for purpose. It does not have the rubber seal on the lid. I’ve asked for weeks for a replacement, which they said they were sending. I’ve had nothing, and they’ve now blocked me on messenger and Facebook. Complete scam, I’ll be telling all of my poultry friends to avoid them. Look out for the small claims court summons too, you’ll be liable for the fee for the court on top of what I paid for the drinker. Scammers.

I PLACED MY ORDER IN MARCH, AND RECEIVED A NOTIFICATION SAYING THAT YOU HAD SENT THE ORDER TO ROYAL MAIL FOR DELIVERY. HOWEVER WHEN I CONTACTED THEM 10 DAYS LATER 10 DAYS LATER THEY STILL HAD NOT RECEIVED IT. NOW AFTER 6 WEEKS AND IN SPITE OF MY SENDING 3 EMAILS TO YOU, I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE A REPLY. I SENT ANOTHER EMAIL TODAY (2 MAY) SO PLEASE INVESTIGATE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. Sandra Madgwick

We placed an order for an incubator and brooder on 10th April totalling £169.00. After not receiving any details on when the products would be delivered we sent a couple of emails, there was no response. We tried ringing but it wasn’t possible to leave a message. I then commented on their Facebook page asking why we hadn’t had a response to emails and when our delivery would be. My comments have since been removed from the Facebook page and I’ve been blocked. We have paid £169.00, have no products and they refuse to communicate with us. We would not recommend this business to anyone else.

Hello John, We are trying to reply to emails as best we can but we are understaffed and experiencing delays. these delays unfortunately affect some people more than others. These are not normal times and pretending that they are does no justice to anyone. We have refunded you your order and apologise for the bad experience you've had. Stay safe

Order placed 23rd of March, 3 emails to sales and raised with PayPal no communication, can’t phone as everybody is packing items. Zero customer support. Website says all the Copele treadle feeders are In Stock when clearly aren’t.

Hello Ian, I have refunded you your order. Unfortunately the product was not in good condition and we have been waiting for a replacement for over a month now. As you cannot wait any longer (and I agree with you - but manufacturers cannot send us the stock fast enough since they too are short-staffed) I have refunded you in full. Stay safe

I’ve left a review yesterday and it’s been removed!! I’m not surprised anymore about their glowing reviews as it seems they delete the ones from concerned customers. This was the first time I’ve ever used this company - ordered my things 23rd March and to this date absolutely no updates, no emails, nothing. It makes me wonder if this is all a scam?! They’re still taking orders online, people, please, please be careful as I feel they’ve stolen £40 off me with no intention to ever send me the item. I’m definitely not expecting any apologies from the operations team, what shameful actions they’ve taken! Please kindly stop taking any orders from any more customers until you sort out the mess! Your actions have been far too greedy with little dignity. All I have asked is to keep customers in the loop. You are obviously reading the reviews as you have a habit of deleting the ‘bad ones’ so why not get in touch? I have reported this to PayPal.

Hi, We have been left with minimum staff for a while when the lockdown started but we have started catching up with email communications. We made the decision to move every available soul into packing boxes rather than sitting in front of a desk. Placed an order for nettingbom 24th march, tried contacting, havent heard absolutely anything back or any updates, I know it's a hard time but scrolling down the page I can see I'm not the only one and my order seems to have been made before most people's wich is worrying. My biggest fear is having all the veg that I have planted in the veg garden, eaten by the rabbits in the field next door (literally there is a field of rabbits!) Little fields you must attend to your customers and try your hardest to get back to everyone.

I ordered from these on the 4th April then had a telephone call with them was told my stuff was being pick on wed be there Friday and guess what nothing phoned them back same man answered give me 5 mins will call you straight back funny not heard a thing no response to emails no phone call and not answering took my money no problem but no goods will never come Eder from here again absolute joke

Ordered and paid in full for equine supplements on March 21st, a month on there has been no delivery and no updates, the products were at the time and still show on the website as being in stock. Emails to them have not been replied to and all phone calls are unanswered or go to voicemail.

Website states: "As you place an order your stock is reserved for you and despatched as soon as possible " I placed an order middle of March - BEFORE the lockdown. Got email 4 weeks later with apology that they can no longer supply the item. This item has now ran out of stock everywhere else I looked Having purchased from other shops where delays are expected due to COVID, this shop has shown extremely poor management of orders and resources.

Hello, I'm afraid the problems for merchants and supply chains started way before the lockdown. The lockdown hit us hard in terms of staff turnout which meant we fell behind in fulfilling orders. Once your order was ready to be processed, the item was found damaged and we could not source a new one form suppliers because they simply did not have any left and could not source any more. Hello Ross, We have tried to call you to discuss the delivery and an issue with a product. Your items will come on a pallet and as you live in a flat we need to know if you can accept this and how you will take the items from the lorry. I ordered and paid on March 28th for an item marked as in stock. Have heard nothing since and emails and phone calls to this company go unanswered. Even in these difficult times this is a dreadful service and I cannot believe they are still taking orders ( and presumably money). If they have staff to take orders then they have staff to deal with emails , repayments etc.

Hello Alan, I can see that your order was dispatched on the 15th and you received it on the 20th. We have plastered messages on our website and basket page to warn that deliveries may take 15 days. We are certainly not responsible for couriers being snowed under. In reponce to your comments, I'm afraid the website does not require staff to take orders. We certainly do not take any orders over the phone as all office staff has been diverted to packing boxes. We also get bad reviews for not taking phone orders, but there you go. You see staff levels for online retailers have gone down but online demand for product has shot up.

I paid for the item 3,5 weeks ago, it took until 10 days ago for it to be dispatched. It has not arrived yet, and can't be tracked either. No one replies to the two emails I have written, no one answers the phone and the mailbox is full.
