I ordered at treadle feeder and small feeding pot. Both arrived quickly. Sorry, but really disappointed in the feeder. Lots of food ends up on the floor of the chicken run. Adjusting the settings doesn't help. I bought the feeder to stop food going on the floor to stop vermin. There was so much food on the floor yesterday the chickens weren't able to push down on the treadle and get any food.

First time ordering from Little Fields Farm, 2 items, one Keamings glitter wreath and one Snowflake wreath. The round wreath is fine, the snowflake shaped wreath is very thin and not the best quality compared to many other wreaths I have bought in the past. I feel it would be difficult to add more foliage to this wreath due to it being lightweight and not having a lot of branches. Overall disappointed as I feel the product wasn’t fit for purpose yet I was to return in its original packaging which was a very large box and costly to return. Rather than pay the high postage costs the wreath will need to be dissected and added into other wreaths as additional stems to make any use of this purchase.

Products are great Time to have them delivered was longer than expected due to item being out of stock I would have preferred communication from the shop to let me know rather than me having to chase

The dog bed when I eventually got it looks good although I wouldn't call the colour orange, more like red/brown, or dark tan. The fault was with yodel who continually delivered to the wrong address even after many web chats. I ended up driving to the farm I suspected it had been delivered to and picked it up 5 days after the expected delivery date

I have only purchased weed killer from LITTLE FIELDS FARM twice and find that the second purchase of the solution wasn't as strong as the first.

The reason for 3 stars is that my order took longer than it should to arrive. When I phoned, the customer service was excellent, the person I spoke to was helpful. The delay was due to one of the 3 items I'd ordered not being in stock. It would be more useful if your website showed if items are out of stock because customers can decide whether to go ahead anyway, or skip the item.

Web site needs attention! I had three attempts before I was able to successfully order 2 of the same product. The only way I could change the quantity was by leaving the website and starting again.

I ordered Elton galvanised chicken feeder, the one I got is different from the one in the picture, there was no brand name on it, it came without any instructions and was difficult to assemble. The tracking number was declined by the courier company.

I’m a new customer. I ordered hormoform for my pigeons. The order was acknowledged but after some time with no delivery I contacted the firm. I received an apology and two days later I received the order. The lack of communication from the firm did not help

We email the tracking reference number with the relevant courier once your order has been despatched. I can see that your order was despatched with Royal Mail on the 13th of July and delivered on the 15th of July.
