“Coffee logs were delivered eventually. When I queried the delay, I did get a nice and honest email response, explaining why it had been delayed. It would have been good to have had a proactive email when it became clear that there would be a delay as I did need to purchase some interim substitutes. However, I will order from you again.”

“Item as described and although more expensive from here it is worth the extra. Well packed delay in arriving due to Royal Mail carrier. Can’t recommend them as received email to say they are closing down”

“The products that I ordered was spot on, price was good, the down side is that Little Fields Farm use ( Yodel ) as there couriers, BIG MISTAKE, I found that there parcel tracking did not work at all, useless, when I eventually got somebody to answer the 📞 phone, I was asking the woman on the end of the phone in a polite was about there tracking, she just hung up on me , not good, in future I will try to place orders with companies who don't use YODEL.”

“Ah I didn't receive these in the end, they were unavailable so my order was changed to a pack of 50 dinner candles, which are very good. Yodel were absolutely amazing with the delivery, as I live on a narrowboat and not an easy drop”

“Very good, easy to order from, best price I could find. Only negative would be slow postage, but part of that problem was DHL, so would definitely purchase from again. Purchased the Henry Wag XL raised dog bed. It is Absolutely brilliant ! Our labrador is very big and there is loads of room for her, she loves it.”

“First time purchasing from your online shop. Prices are very competitive with a good selection of items. Fairly good communication. I am not impressed with the time it is taking to receive my items, especially since I ordered them nearly 2 weeks ago. I understand an item wasn't in stock/damaged but it still took a long time for the order to be processed, picked and sent with a very slow courier. I now have to wait at home all day for the package to arrive on my day off (Sunday) because I don't have the option to have it redelivered, posted to a neighbour's, picked up a depot, etc. This was not the expedient postage that was advertised. If I had paid for shipping I would have been really miffed.”

“After putting an order in and not receiving the goods I contacted to query this. They were quick to to respond and the problem was rectified. Communication was great and once I had received the goods I was very happy with the products I had purchased.”

“Chose to buy from a smaller independent business rather than the bigger companies. With this, comes a slightly longer wait then you’d get with a bigger outfit but it still was despatched just over a week after ordering with an apology if they hadn’t been their best. Great item at a great price.”
