“The delivery of my order took a little longer than I imagined (supply issues). After telephoning for an update they couldn't do enough to rectify the problem and dispatch my order in a matter of days. Customer services were helpful, friendly and efficient. I'm happy with the service, delivery and the products. l would recommend Little Fields Farm. Thank you.”

“All great, product arrived in perfect order and as described. Lots of communication about delivery. Only minor thing was that delivery was a bit slow but I think strikes and the bank holiday might have been a factor here!”

“Seems very good, great product and good dispatch time. However, really cheesed off with yodel courier service. Instructed to leave package in safe place. Totally ignored it and left my package by side of front door step in full view of public.”

“Glad to find the RSPB bird feeders I'd been looking for. Ordered two and received them quickly despite the Royal Mail strike. However, I was disappointed that one of the feeders was missing a perch and feeding cup. To save me the bother of returning it I took these items from my broken RSPB feeder which I was replacing since the plastic tube was cracked. They fitted perfectly so I was able to use both feeders in the end.”

Hi Andrew, Thank you for your review, hope you're well! I'm sorry to hear about your order. I've just checked this for you and can see that it was delivered yesterday which is 1 day overdue (on a Tracked 48 label despatched on Wednesday) as a result of the postal strikes, the Bank holiday and the subsequent backlog. With this in mind your parcel still arrived within our estimated time frame of approximately 3-4 working days as strike action does not count as a working day. On behalf of Royal Mail we would like to apologise for the delay and we are currently exploring other options with alternative courier services to avoid disruptions in the future so thank you for your feedback.
