“This would be a 5 star review if the packaging had been more sensible! My purchase would have fitted easily into an envelope rather that a small box with a load of filling. Otherwise, delighted.”

“Mole scatter granules work after a few days and moles have moved down, so I have to treat a new larger area, works out pricey but better than inhumane traps.”

“Efficient delivery, product looks ok but haven't had the opportunity to use as they were only delivered less than three days ago. Packaging could have been better: all eight items (same product) individually wrapped, making for bulkier package. Unnecessary, packaging more haste less speed, I didn't need them quickly at the cost of over packaging. But product looks good”

“Reasonable price & very quick delivery. It would have been helpful though if the webpage showed the battery terminal connections. That way it would have been easy to ensure that the battery was compatible with the load that it is purchased to supply with current.”

Hi Colin, thank you for your review, hope you're well! I have responded to your email this morning and refunded the difference in cost for Next Day delivery that was paid: "I’m sorry to hear that your order was late arriving. Unfortunately Royal Mail Tracked 24 is not a guaranteed Next Day Service and this is out of our control once the courier has the parcel. We despatched this first thing on the 9th of June so we would ordinarily have expected this to arrive on the 10th however Royal Mail do occasionally encounter delays (95% of Tracked 24 orders do arrive the following day). On this occasion I have issued a refund of £3 for the difference in cost between Tracked 48 and Tracked 24 but we will not be able to do this for future orders. If you would like to select a courier for delivery on future orders we have 24 hour (not guaranteed Next Day) options available with Yodel and DHL as well as Royal Mail (please call us to select). Thank you for your patience while we’ve worked to resolve this for you and on behalf of Royal Mail we apologise for any inconvenience caused by the delay.
