Placed order on the 8th December and still haven't received it,have to wait 30days for a refund or to have my niece's Christmas present after that time.Not very happy.

Out of 8 bottles ordered one had completely leaked out and part of another bottle too. Emailed customer services twice but no reply!

I was not impressed by the service at all. I ordered some items and these failed to turn up. I had to contact the company to get these sent and all they said was my order was cancelled I didn't even get an apology. Item did eventually turn up but only because I emailed in. I tried to call a couple of times and no one was answering the phone

A little bit disappointed. We order 60 Premium Quality Extra Large Egg Boxes. Once we received them. The goose eggs cannot fit into the box. It is not as advertised. Two stars for the quality is good.

Our warehouse team have advised that they've been having problems accessing certain picking locations due to our Christmas stock being brought out of hiding which is what caused the delay. Had to return some boots but it took 7 days and a reminder before the refund was processed (that's initiated the refund, not received the refund) which I though was poor so won't use again.

It is stated in our Returns Policy that refunds will be paid within thirty days of an item being returned to us so I can assure you that you would not have needed to remind us and that your refund would have been processed within this timeframe. First time ordering from this store and I received a totally different item to what I ordered I ordered some fuel express briquettes and received some cheap make that I've never heard of. Safe to say I won't be ordering from hear again. Not a happy customer.

Bedbug spray ordered when received the undone package was leaking resulting in only slightly less than half available for use perhaps that at improper strength due to leakage.The leakage was at the spray end of container

Over One week after my order I emailed for tracking details as it had not been received, I then Received an email stating my order was incomplete due to stock issues at this point I agreed to have a part refund and the stock you had. The following day I had an email stating the part order had been shipped. One week later I received another email with tracking details and when the order did arrive almost three weeks after it was placed everything (not part) was there. I would have been happy to wait but would prefer transparency and honesty from the point of order

Order took 9 days to arrive despite paying £4.95 postage. Apparently it was because an item was damaged but we had heard nothing about this

Very disappointed that the fruit cage netting sent in no way resembled the sizes ordered, and from their 'no reply' response as to replacement delays. I do not think this is a way to run a business. Better to state at the outset that new orders will suffer a two week or so delay, if that will help speed up settling orders that have not been fulfilled correctly. BJB Wells

The presentation of the product was fine, and the mince pies for dogs looked excellent but how can I truly judge the product unless I can read into the mind of the dog when it is eating, and how can one monitor the dog’s like/dislike of the product when the dawg has not been given it yet!!! I could ask the human recipients if their dog objected to the product but I will not be there to ask them, or their dog if the mince pies were good?

I placed a big order (I Spent over 150 pounds) and when I received my order and one of the containers was damaged. I contacted the customer service who stated I had to take a picture and the fault and email it before I could receive a refund or replacement. (I wanted a replacement) I do not have a smartphone so I was unable to have the problem sorted. I feel a bit let down as there are a number of people who do have access to a smartphone and therefore cannot have their problems sorted.

Thank you for your feedback, hope you're well! I'm sorry to hear that you feel let down by our service. We believe our process for replacing or refunding damaged items is fairly straightforward and in line with other online retailers and is not designed to be an obstacle to resolving any issues experienced with deliveries. In order to refund or replace damaged items we just need to be able to see what has been damaged. Generally speaking we have to claim with the courier for damaging products in transit which we are unable to do without photos. We also require the photos so that we can assess the extent of the damage and whether or not the affected items would need to be returned to us. We use any instances of items arriving damaged to inform our packing processes with our warehouse team to see if any steps can be taken to protect against similar damage affecting future orders. If you yourself don't have access to a smartphone we can usually find a workaround such as enlisting the help of a friend or relative. If you can't email photos we can often accept Whatsapp or Text Message equivalents or can receive photos via FaceBook. If there's anything we can do to help you to resolve this issue please let us know and we'll do everything we can to work around you, however we will require photos as is standard procedure for most online retailers.

Disappointing: I decided to order [weed killer] from a different company to Amazon - to spread commerce more widely. Product just as expected. However, ordered on 25th Sep and did not arrive until 22nd October. Unacceptable delivery time - for this reason - would not use company again. Also site will not allow me to leave star rating
