All as advertised but I only purchased because the item was in a "3for2" pack I thought the p&p was a bit excessive for something that weighs so little.

Item was damaged on arrival whilst it was packed really well I suspect damage has happened in transit waiting to hear about replacement

It arrived, but 2 vital bits missing: the 2 "bolts" on which the lid pivots. Fortunately I have an extensive chest of odds and ends, so was able to sort it. Feed seems reluctant to fall down the back, but I can adjust for this. Also needs to be on a firm, level surface. Not always available in a chicken run!

These breeches look good quality but sadly on the very neat side,I have several of the same size of different makes which fit well but sadly these didn’t 😢😢 returned for the next size up so fingers crossed 🤞!!

Have emailed with to regards to my order which was despatched on 5/10 via royal mail 48 and still not received my item and the tracking number used doesn't work.

Water trough and metal deeded ordered and delivered very quick Lee however metal deeded damaged and have requested a replacement

My order was with held because an item couldn’t be found in the warehouse,. I only found this out because I chased my order, a week later. The man on the phone was polite informed me it will be going out the next day which it did.

Everything was fine but I was disappointed to receive a parcel wrapped in plastic and double wrapped in plastic bubble wrap. There are lots of other options now which do not rely on plastic for packaging

order arrived promptly. More time could be given to return goods. Usually about 30 days with other providers. A good chpice of stock available. User friendly website.

First order, mixed feelings. They definitely not in a rush with the despatch, although once done, I got the tracking number and they didn't use Hermes so great. Roundup bottle leaked because it was squizzed inside, packing could be better but luckily they used protective bag and it leaked a little bit onto the spreader's box so it wasn't a big deal, only annoying because of cleaning etc. The prices are great, availability also very good. I will give them a chance next time, so it's going to my shopping bookmarks.

I bought some mouse traps, one of which was faulty. The price was OK, the communication was OK, but not great and the items took a while to arrive. I thought I'd give a British retailer a go but, sadly, UK customer service is just not in the same league as Amazon, with their next day delivery and no quibble returns. I can't be bothered to return a low value item. The returns policy at the bottom of the receipt seems to imply that goods cannot be returned after 14 days or if they've been used. I think it should be noted that a customer's Statutory Rights remain unaffected. That any goods returned due to a fault, such as the item breaking in normal use or not working as advertised, are not subject to any such 14 day cancellation window, nor does it matter if they've been used, and nor is a return for faulty goods at the cost of the purchaser. To imply otherwise is misleading.

£4 and change for postage seems to much for small bottle Also it’s a powder that need weighing to get the right dose. It also need to be mixed in hot water.

Bought a London Eye vegetable frame. Good quality and fair price but assembly instructions were missing. Surprising how difficult it then becomes!!
