Purchased 2 pond nets which were different to the picture on the web site, the netting was white not black and were not as deep as the nets pictured on the website thought about ordering again but wondered if we would get what we ordered

It appears that the manufacturer has changed the product specification without notifying us. Nice product but I ordered 3 sheets of netting and was sent one giant piece. I now have to go to the trouble of cutting to the right size and they will no doubt fray where they have been cut.

The pots were fine just what I wanted. But for what I paid for S & H the delivery was very slow.

My first order with this company and first impressions not good. A poultry feeder I ordered had grains of wheat rolling around in it, giving the impression it could be a used item. Additionally an incorrect item was sent despite the correct item on my packing list being checked as picked, so the quality control is not all that it could be. However my email request for the correct item was answered promptly and courteously and the replacement dispatched same day, so customer service seems good. Just a shame to need to use it.

Thank you for your review, hope you're well! I'm so sorry to hear that your feeder had grains of wheat inside this is highly unusual as our warehouse team compile the various parts for these feeders as they come in direct from our supplier. We don't often have these feeders returned but I have asked our pickers and packers to be extra careful when despatching future orders to prevent this from happening again in future. Thanks ever so much for bringing this to our attention, we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused by both of the issues that you experienced.

The item was exactly what I expected and communication was too however I felt the postage at £4.95 a little on the expensive side for a light parcel which took 10 days

Item I ordered only cost £8 so had to pay a totally of £13 which included delivery and it still took a week to arrive. I ended up having to buy from else where in between. On the up side, the items are well priced and lots of varied options/choices.

Good items etc but very slow delivery and in this age of online ordering and amazon etc you need to up your game in terms of shipping. From order to delivery was 8 days. Not at all ideal when I am a working Gardner and need those items now.

I thought they would fit my 10 litre can but unfortunately they do not. For the right can they would be great but for mine they are not

I ordered two dog-friendly Easter eggs. They arrived on time but one of the boxes was crumpled on a corner before packaged into the main box for postage. It was too late to ask for an exchange but disappointed that it was sent in this condition in the first place, it was seen as acceptable to send damaged goods which of course, it's not. That's put me off ordering anything from here again.

It is very unusual for our warehouse team to send out anything that is damaged as we ask them to pack with the utmost care and attention. If you'd like to send us some photos we can look into this for you; a photo of the product and of the packing slip would be ideal and if you can send these to sales@littlefieldsfarm.com I can follow this up with the packer. Generally speaking if products arrive damaged this is down to the courier so we can always look at the possibility of submitting a damage claim if necessary. We do hope that the dogs managed to enjoy their eggs and weren't too disappointed with the packaging. Product reported to have been despatched shortly after ordering but nothing delivered after 7 days. Little Fields Farm blames Royal Mail who, reportedly, were given the parcel in a timely way but had not entered it into their system. Not sure who's at fault here. If it's Royal Mail, Little Fields Farm needs to get a different courier or they are going to lose business. Amazon would have had it here within 24 hrs. If I can, I prefer not to deal with Amazon preferring small suppliers but they must be on the ball with respect to delivery.

Hi Ronald, Thank you for your review, hope you're well! I'm so sorry to hear that you have not yet received your order. We only send out Review Request Emails once we have despatched your order (approximately 5 days afterwards to give you a chance to use the product(s) ordered before reviewing them). The current status of your parcel is known as "pre-advice tracking" which is created when your shipping label is printed and does not then get updated until Royal Mail book this in at our local Parcel Sorting Centre in Atherstone. This is most likely where your parcel is at present, on a truck waiting to be booked in - unfortunately this acts as something of a "Get-Out-Of-Jail-Free" for Royal Mail who can claim never to have received the parcel. If this has not arrived within another week please let us know so we can claim for a lost parcel with Royal Mail and either send you a replacement item or issue you with a full refund. We sincerely hope that you will not see this as a reflection on the products and services that we provide as this fault unfortunately lies with Royal Mail. If you are ever concerned about the status of an order please contact us directly so that we can look into this for you as there are various reasons that an order can be delayed. Couldn't understand why it was delivered in such a large box a jiffy bag would have been cheaper. The problem I have is the clips I need do not have the jiggle on the long leg. But all the clips I see on the net have the joggle. But I borrowed a clip from my neighbour straightened the jiggle out and it worked. But yours are not sprung steel so not impressed.........

I purchased two packets of Provanto Fingus Fighter to try to get rid of blackspot on roses. However, the packets I received were much smaller than I expected and the price was high. I wouldn't buy them again at such a price.

Unfortunately, the 3 lamb shoulders were close to defrosted by the time they arrived which is a worry for this type of product. Your meat is good but some glitches on despatch logistics?
