7 days after ordering i sent them a email about my order not arriving ,they replied saying the order was being picked. i received it 10 days after ordering. absolutely disgusting service.

Ten days ago I paid for Next Day Delivery of a very large net to cover my chicken run to protect them from Avian Flu. I am still waiting and I am breaking the law as my chicken run is not covered over. I fear that I will have to wait now until after Christmas.

It took Little Fields Farm 7 (seven!) days to dispatch my order. I ordered on 3 December, today, on 20 December, I am still waiting. It’s certain that I won’t receive my order in time for Christmas. This was supposed to be a Christmas present for my daughter. Moreover, I was charged twice. The company didn’t react to my email informing them about the double payment. I had even included screenshots of the double booking. I had to call them to get a refund. I will never use Little Fields Farm again. Extremely disappointing service. Really bad experience.

I ordered two Christmas treats and an advent calendar. None of them had arrived by 1st December. On 7th December I called to ask when I would receive my items and was told that one item was not in stock so my order had not been sent! I had not received any previous communication about the delay. Very poor service I will not be using the company again.

Item was reasonable but the delivery was appalling. I appreciate the current situation but most businesses have had 9 months to adapt or, at the very minimum, put a communication system in place to keep customers informed

The items which I received where damaged on arrival, I have since been in touch with the customer service where they said they would look into this for me. I still haven't had a reply from them regarding 4 days later.

It took 10 days for you to post my order !! Unbelievably slow. I called to ask where it was 4 days after it was posted to be told to call Royal Mail and chase it my self. The member of staff did not want to be hanging about on the phone looking into it for me. (her words) Ridiculously poor service and I will definitely not be using you again.

twice now the order has been lost in the post and i have still not received it. I have asked for a full refund and it has not been given. no alternative and no communication the second time around. I am not impressed and my nephew and niece are upset they have not received their present.

Ordered placed 6 am on a Monday paying for next day delivery, item arrived Thursday. No one has responded to my email requesting the £6.00 next delivery charge to be refunded.

I'd be able to leave a better review if a) I'd received my order, apparently despatched 1 week ago but no tracking info, and b) if they bothered to respond to my emails asking where my order is? Very poor and very disappointing. Unlikely to shop here again with so many online retailers getting things RIGHT.
