Ridiculous to send 12 white candles. I assumed the box would be at least half red ones. I really wanted red ones. M.Hinde

Candles sold as Price's tealights were not Price's. The keep off spray did not work. Cat did its thing right after I sprayed. Very disappointment.

Within two weeks the bulb failed and one of the plastic legs snapped when putting it all together so a total waste of money - it just needs to be more sturdy. The bulb hasn’t blown as when you fiddle with it the light flashes on so it’s an electrical connection issue - great idea though!

I ordered two Zyliss safe edge can openers as illustrated in your online catalogue. You sent me a different version of the Zyliss safe edge can opener which I could have bought cheaper elsewhere. Will not be shopping with you again for anything.

Item showed as being in stock online, had to enquire as to why item hadn’t been dispatched and was informed that it would have to be order from supplier which would take up to 10 working days. After 10 working days I had to enquire as why item hadn’t been dispatched. The only reason I ordered from your site was due to the fact that the items I need being in stock which wasn’t true and If I had know this during order I would of ordered from Charles who were also cheaper.

You should drop parcelforce as your delivery company. They are the worst service in our area. They refuse to leave parcels unsigned for and the online tracker doesn’t seem to have the option to leave parcels in a secure area. We thus missed this vital delivery before going on holiday. Thus very poor! Sorry

I was disappointed that the pump arrived without a plug this was not made clear in the description. Other items I have bought for outside all came with an appropriate plug . At my great age I did not want or think it safe to attempt to wire a plug for an outside item. I had to return the item at my own cost which is the first time I have ever been asked to do by a company . It did arrive well packed and on time .

I ordered a pair of clippers that my daughter had been saving for on 22nd March. Showing as in stock on there website when it seemed like they were out of stock everywhere else. Waited a week and then rang to ask how long they would be, was told they were on the picking list and should be sent out the next day. Waited another week and emailed them to then be told they didn’t have any in stock and they were waiting for there supplier to send them out. If you know you don’t have any in stock then why have them showing as on stock on your website. At least once a week i had to chase them to find out what was happening with the clippers. The clippers arrived on monday 17th may almost 2 months after they were ordered. Customer service was polite when you finally got hold of them but they were not interested at all as they had the money already. Not cheap clippers at £300. I would not use them again and would warn people to shop elsewhere.

Little Fields were late in sending my order. I emailed them but received an automatic reply stating they were on holiday. When they did reply it was curt and disinterested. They did not send me what I ordered, namely 20cm cake cases. My invoice stated 20cm cake cases, I was charged over £24 for 20cm cake cases but was sent 18cm cake cases. I won't be ordering from them ever again.

Wrong item sent - Company refusing to send out the correct item until they have received the other one back, despite it being their fault, meaning a long delay in (hopefully) receiving the correct item.

I opened the package and found the two sets of three propagation units which were very well packaged in the manufacturers boxes. As I required seven of the units I ordered an extra top and base unit. The top was as I ordered but the base was a seed tray which has a corner missing. I phoned your company and was advised that some one would contact me. The next day I received a Paypal mail that advised that a credit had been made for the seed tray. I was at that time advised that the base that I really should have ordered was out of stock and a reminder would be sent to me when further stock had been received. At this point I asked if the new base would be posted free of charge. I was told that this would not be the case as it would be treated as a new order. Now I contested this as if I had ordered the seed tray then the faulty tray would be replaced F.O.C. I was then told that the item was not broken when dispatched and I did not need to return this item as it had been credited, I was further told that it was more than likely damaged by the postal company. The packaged was not damaged and the broken corner was not found inside the package, I'm afraid I was left with the impression that your company was never wrong and that I was really being a nuisance. That is the reason for the one star.

Bought fox repellent. Took ages to arrive. Doesn’t work. Applied it yesterday afternoon and saw a fox jumping over a fence this morning.....exactly in the area I’d sprayed. Not impressed

On receiving my order , although correctly ordered, the items were not as described ie rigid gravel tray. They were not rigid and so flimsy if filled with gravel would collapse straight away. On contacting sales I was advised that as I had been sent the correct order I would have to return for a refund. As postage would cost probably as much as the items there is no point. Will not use this company again.
