“The order I placed arrived sooner than expected and in eco friendly packaging. The bottle of weed killer I'd purchased had leaked out some of the contents. I emailed Little Fields Farm to explain what had happened and was so impressed with the way they handled the situation. There was no quibbling about sending it back or questioning my issue, they just offered a replacement and apologised for any inconvenience. Fantastic customer relations. 10 out of 10. I'd definitely use them again.”
