“My items took longer to be dispatched than anticipated. However, a week later and without me chasing, I received a phone call explaining the delay and checking if a solution would be acceptable. After that, it arrived the next day. Recommended.”

“I ordered a rechargeable bug bat and a candle. My order took some time to arrive due to one item not being available but I was able to replace it for another similar item and once this item swapped, the order arrived fast. Overall the bug bar works great so far, it is easy to charge and use. Great customer service too.”

“In my opinion the products I bought are just cheap plastic no wonder they were the price they were. As soon as I got my products they broke instantly but what's the point of returning them anyways but the products are really nice anyway but you just have to be gentle as they will break very easily”
