“I ordered a glass jug and a glass lemon squeezer - small items I know but they were just what I wanted and both were so much a better price than other places. Ordering was easy and arrived very promptly. I'm pleased with the product. I will shop here again.”

“I’m a new customer. I ordered hormoform for my pigeons. The order was acknowledged but after some time with no delivery I contacted the firm. I received an apology and two days later I received the order. The lack of communication from the firm did not help”

“Had to return some boots but it took 7 days and a reminder before the refund was processed (that's initiated the refund, not received the refund) which I though was poor so won't use again.”
