Hi Charlotte, Thank you for your review, hope you're well! I'm so sorry to hear that you have not yet received your order. We despatched this last Friday so I would have expected this to reach you on Monday. Your parcel is with Royal Mail and it looks as though they must be experiencing some delays in your area as the first delivery attempt was made on Wednesday but they have listed "No Answer". The parcel is currently scheduled to be delivered to you today by 1:33pm.
