“All good but slow delivery”

“Hearing about the impending drop in temperature I ordered two heat lamps for our sheepdogs and 2 pups. Placed order on Sunday night and had the lamps with me on Wednesday. The lamps are much bigger than the old ones we used and the ceramic bulbs don't emit any light so dogs get a good night sleep in darkness. Delighted with our purchase and packaging, delivery etc. Will definitely use this company again.”

“Having ordered for next day delivery I was disappointed that my order didn't arrive after 3 days. I contacted them by email and had a response the following day explaining the problem and offering me a full refund. Whilst the situation was not ideal they apologised and did their best to rectify the problem as best they could. I would recommend them as a very good and honest company to deal with and will definitely order from them in the future.”

“Unfortunately, the 3 lamb shoulders were close to defrosted by the time they arrived which is a worry for this type of product. Your meat is good but some glitches on despatch logistics?”
