Hi Jennifer, thank you for your feedback, hope you're well! I'm sorry to hear that your order has not yet arrived. We despatched this on the 14th of December with Royal Mail so this should have reached you by now (tracking reference JD206648765GB). We do apologise for the delays that Royal Mail are experiencing given the time of year. I've been advised that if this has not arrived by Christmas Eve it would be classed as missing and we can put in a claim with Royal Mail for the loss. If it comes to this would you like a refund for the order or would you prefer for a replacement to be sent out? We would always advise contacting us directly prior to leaving a negative review as this is not a fair reflection on us as a retailer as we have very little control once a courier has the parcel.
