“order was delayed slightly but an email quering this to customer services soon sorted this out and an honest explanation with the offer of a refund, I decided to wait as they said the product would be back in stock next week and true to their word it was delivered. very impressed with service and honesty.”

“I've used the product I bought before (moss killer) so know it to be good. The product is a bottle of liquid and it was packed in a sealed plastic bag with cardboard padding over the lid to keep it safe, before being packed in a parcel. It arrived safe and sound.”

“Everything I needed was in stock and arrived promptly in a secure parcel. The only problem was that the parcel could have done with a bit more internal packaging because it had obviously been thrown about by the carrier and a pack of bone meal had split. No big problem and I was able to retrieve it but perhaps a word with the carrier ?”
