“Ordered lots of items. Two were completely wrong. Even though the check list was ticked!! How he managed that, well who knows. The Sprayer arrived with no lance or hose. Nice guy tried to assist by getting the parts however still missing the trigger and other parts. ended up ordering the spares myself and therefore the cost ended up being about twice the price it should have been. Score of two was purely down to customer support man.”
