“Very good wellies. very good communication. Post office delivery not so good. The driver drove away before I could get to the door. I received a text saying that I would have to pay £2.10 redelivery fee. However, I complained and the boots were delivered next day by the post man, free. I find Hermes are very good.”

“You should drop parcelforce as your delivery company. They are the worst service in our area. They refuse to leave parcels unsigned for and the online tracker doesn’t seem to have the option to leave parcels in a secure area. We thus missed this vital delivery before going on holiday. Thus very poor! Sorry”
