“I needed an item before Thursday 16 Sept. I therefore phoned Little Fields farm on Thurs 9 Sept when I inteneded to place the order. The person I spoke to was polite and helpful. He assured me that once I had place the order it would be dispatched speedily and should reach me in London by Mon or Tues 13/14 Sept. I was sent an email to inform me that it had been dipatched. It was delivered on Tues 14 Sept. The helpful driver carried it ot our garage after photographing the parcel on the doorstep. Great service!”

“My order was with held because an item couldn’t be found in the warehouse,. I only found this out because I chased my order, a week later. The man on the phone was polite informed me it will be going out the next day which it did.”
