Hi Beth, Thank you for your Review. We hope you're well and had a good Easter! I'm so sorry that your order took this long to despatch. I've looked into this with our warehouse team who have advised that there have recently been some inconsistencies with this product from the manufacturer (namely the number of catheters that are included). We had to re-order this product from our supplier and the correct item took much longer than usual to arrive with us. We sincerely apologise that this issue was not identified and brought to your attention sooner and really appreciate you bringing this to our attention so that we can prevent similar issues from occurring in future. Such instances are the exception rather than the rule but we will of course use your feedback to improve our methods going forwards.
