“I ordered Elton galvanised chicken feeder, the one I got is different from the one in the picture, there was no brand name on it, it came without any instructions and was difficult to assemble. The tracking number was declined by the courier company.”

“Glad to find the RSPB bird feeders I'd been looking for. Ordered two and received them quickly despite the Royal Mail strike. However, I was disappointed that one of the feeders was missing a perch and feeding cup. To save me the bother of returning it I took these items from my broken RSPB feeder which I was replacing since the plastic tube was cracked. They fitted perfectly so I was able to use both feeders in the end.”

I've just checked this for you and can see that it was delivered yesterday which is 1 day overdue (on a Tracked 48 label despatched on Wednesday) as a result of the postal strikes, the Bank holiday and the subsequent backlog. With this in mind your parcel still arrived within our estimated time frame of approximately 3-4 working days as strike action does not count as a working day.
