“Items came pretty quickly and very pleased with my purchases. My hens love the grubs and forage treats and the treadle feeder seems to be a success. I put some treats in it and weighted the door open so they could see what was inside and then they seem to get the hang of it. So happy hens, happy me 😀. Thank you.”

“Hi, I placed my order for grease for my fruit tree. The order came quickly and I have no difficulty at any point. I'm not sure why the opening comment was an apology about not being at your best? Please can you rephrase, something like, while we are all striving to meet our customer needs they may be occasion in the current climate that things are not as we hope for. Please could you take a moment to help us continue to build on our customer service by completing the following questions? Just an idea - but I think it is so important to keep looking not he positive side where we can???”
