I found this website very easy to navigate and it provided the exact products I had been looking for. Customer Services were also extremely helpful and assisted promptly when I needed to contact them.

My order never arrived, I would really appreciate a refund if you are not sending the goods. You have not replied to any of my emails and your helpline is always too busy to take calls. It is horrible to be so unhelpful when people are suffering and ill.

I have been looking far and wide for things that can help my mother and landed on this site. Very impressed with what I've received and great (personal) service. Will return (sadly) to find more.

Really fantastic range of products. Living with cancer is a minefield and whilst there are lots of things that purport to help, this is the best range I've found, hands down.

Bought 2 products for myself. Accidentally put my work postcode with my home address. Called customer service when I realised. The gentleman on the phone was very nice about it and corrected it for me straight away and even with my own mistake. Fast delivery despite this.

I bought a few bamboo hats for my friend who's just started chemo - she loved them, particularly the lovely detail and colour selection. Delivered as expected and had a great experience, would definitely recommend.

dreadful service - ordered a number of items 5 weeks for my mum who was about to start chemo and they still haven’t arrived - I was told initially there was a problem with the warehouse but I keep having to ring or email to try to get an update and no one gets back to me ! Eventually I spoke to someone who credited 10 euro back to my account and told me my order would be with me soon but it’s still not here - It was apparently shipped and tracked 9 days ago with a 1-2 day delivery time. I don’t care about money back I just want my order or a refund at this stage. I’ve emailed and called to get a tracking number or update but again no one gets back to me !!! It’s an absolute disgrace - my poor mum is unwell going through chemo and I can’t give her the items I bought for her. Use this website at your peril - the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. It’s stressful enough for people dealing with cancer without having to deal with companies that take your money but don’t deliver your goods. Avoid at all costs I called the customer service line this morning - despite lines being open from 8am only ordering team there - tried to explain my situation and asked to speak to a manager - manager too busy to take a call - I said I’d hold but told that wasn’t allowed I’d have to wait for call back - won’t give me the name of the customer service manager - won’t deal with my issue.

Brilliant idea! The patient feedback facility on your website helped me a lot to find a useful product gift for a friend. Plus the 'easy to follow' visual guidance to your product range made the buying experience very satisfying. Again, brilliant!!

AVOID at all costs! I also have been given the cold shoulder by this company. Have been calling for a week now, only to be told ‘customer services’ (for which they cannot put me through nor give me a number) will call me back. They have not. Placed an order several weeks ago at the start of my cancer journey. Order not arrived. They have taken my money and not bothered to even call me back. The non-existent ‘customer services’ is flawed. Totally DISGUSTED.
