“I ordered this bbq fire pit as it looked amazing … However when it came it I didn’t come with a griddle of which I believed it did (my fault) and also it was quite flimsy. I asked if I could send it back but it was going to be ££50 to send it back to them. So please watch out for the small print with the costs of returns. I decided I had to keep it at that.”

“The chair is not comfortable and when I raised this issue with the supplier they were not helpful at all. I ordered it for my elderly mom and thought it would be comfortable. Returning is not useful as who wants to waste 60 pounds on postage. The supplier offered me 5 pounds as a compensation which I would rather not accept. Hope this helps. Would have been more helpful to purchase something in store which one can try rather than looking online and ordering.”

“This single bed/lounger/chair is fantastic! Exactly what I was needing for my small flat. Perfect fit. Reasonable priced great quality chair, and am thinking of getting another one. Super easy to assemble, and delivery was very quick 👍 Thanks Also, thinking of getting a black one”

“Chair is lovely, however the stool has already broken. My 6 year old put his knee on it and a sound like braking foam board happened. We now have a footstool that looks beautiful but has a knee hole when you feel it!”
